There were only four cars from the 1960s in GT 3 and no cars from the 1970s. Thank you for adding this beauty!
Only cars from 70s were those two versions of Lancia Stratos

Man I wish the Chrysler Prowler can be in this GT. I actually own the car in real life and it always bothered me how Polyphony waited all the way till GT4 to finally bring that car into the series especially considering that that car was in active production during GT1 to GT Concept 2002 Tokyo-Geneva.
Unfortunately, while the car is in GT4P, the suspension animations it has aren't supported in 3, so the model would look quite broken. And, it also lacks any driver models...
However I haven't checked if the older GT4P Prius demo has the model, and if so, if it's a more usable version.
@@Misuka Would be worth a look. Is it possible to replace the suspension animations with animations from a different car like maybe the Shelby Cobra or another open wheel vehicle? Personally I don't mind no driver models.
@@MisterResistance101 The only animations GT3 uses are for mudflaps, antennae, and one of the F1 cars has a steering animation for the drivers hands and the wheel. The suspension arms, as they are, would just appear invisible, and it wouldn't look quite right.
I'll take a look at the early version of it if it's a more GT3-like model.

@@Misuka It's interesting because I remember E3 demo from 2003 had Chrysler Prowler with driver model inside the car. However, those clips were very short and blurry, so maybe those were just similar animations to models for GT3's F1 cars

Is it impossible to fix the dealership car images still? Kinda the only small blemish on an outstanding project.

Will there be a version of this mod without the menu music and tire physics changes?
The menu music will be changeable with cheats, and the default music will be the original. The tire physics are still a bit up in the air, I'll see what I'll end up doing with them.
This is amazing, is it a gt4 car ported into gt3?
GT4 Prologue car, to be exact. GT4 cars are in a different format and as such are unusable.

Unfortunately model tools aren't quite there yet really. But maybe some day!
Hopefully with that model tool we can see the Polyphony 001/002 and the NTSC Formula cars have there actual liveries put in. The models are already there, they just need name swapping and such.

I meant like retexturing them to look like Mansell, Hill and Senna's respective cars (Thats what the M, H, and S letters denounce as it was commonly known). So basically the F686/M is retextured to actually have the exact livery Mansell had in his Williams FW11.
@@sonnymastrangioli Oh, they don't have the IRL liveries. But I do have the NTSC-U/J F1 cars as well as the PAL ones.
Is it possible to port cars from GTPSP to Gran Turismo 3? would be cool if so, so you can have a ferrari enzo, or a corvette c6 zr1 in gt3
