Going backwards with the needle is an awesome tip. You could always us a plier to flatten the thread to get the thread through your needle too. I loved the tree. Thanks for the video.
Wish you’d stop plugging Facebook stuff. A lot of us don’t actually use Facebook…ever. Such a spammy site should never be plugged as a desirable venue.
Suggestion for threading the needle, hold the thread sticking up, and think of it as putting the needle onto the thread, it’s surprising how often doing that makes it easier…

What size are the beads?
I used size 10/0 Preciosa seed beads but you can use just about any size you want really
Very nice tutorial…how about if we want out tree more like 10-12 inches tall?
