I followed your instructions on the same belt and it came out great just like yours. I’d have never thought to use these methods if not for you. My Big Gold belt looks completely legit now and I have you to thank for it. Thanks for sharing your creative thinking!! 👍
@markoutwithmark You're welcome! I do think that the Champion's Lounge deserves credit too because their video gave me the idea for this one. I did add the buffing wheel and drill concept to polish it. Glad I could help.
Ver interesting. I think the clear coat is the way to go. Hazardf5 did a coat, and it looks phenomenal! 1 small layer at a time. Also for removing stones. Not sure if WWE Shop installs them the same way, but i popped mine out from the Shop Big Eagle, using tip of a box cutter, so easy, i bet these would pop out the same way?
I thought about using a dental scraper tool to remove the stones. A box cutter sounds like a good tool too. Would you happen to know the best source to buy CZ's.
Great video belt look beautiful just got mines this week just wondering is your belt still have that nice shine thinking about using Neva Dull on mines
No. I only applied it once. When I started using the buffing wheel I never made a second pass with the never dull. What ended up shining up was the never dull that was already on the plates that I was unable to buff off by hand.
Sorry this may be a dumb question but this method seems much easier than clear coating it. My question is there a specific kind of buffing wheel? I never bought one but I do own the drill to put it on.
I ordered them from Amazon. Here's the item name "Tworider 6 pcs Buffing Wheel for Drill" Just be aware that once to take them to the plates, they will shed like a dog. They work, but there's some cleanup involved.
Very Nice! What a Beautiful Belt @Mr. Cynical92 🤔 Wondering If The "Nevr Dull" Would Work On The New wwe World Heavyweight Championship? (Damien Priest)
My concern with this is that it will eventually damage the plates with repeated use since it is abrasive. There's already parts on mine missing the "gold" finish, in particular the bottom right corner on the right side plate (which actually doesn't bother me that much since much of the gold plating has come off the real one and I like that weathered look) and I'd rather not end up with a Big Silver (or more appropriately Big Zinc) belt. Also, I have the revised version with the smaller, but uniform lettering, which is supposed to be shinier than the initial release, so I'm not sure if the Nevr Dull would have the same effect.
I haven't had to redo it. So if repeated polishing is your concern, it's not an issue on my Crumrine. I used nevr dull once. After it was buffed, I've never redone it. It still looks the way it does in this video. Check out my full collection video and you can see the most recent condition of the belt.
Ah I see. I still thought that Nevr Dull was too risky, so I went with Blue Magic Cream, which is supposed to be non-abrasive and the results were similar to yours. I do buff it every few days or so, but the gold parts actually have a mirror finish now, though it's only really noticable on the globe, crown and grapplers. It looks darker after I polished it though. Don't know if that's normal or not.
Once it is shined up, the Shop Crumrine wins. I have a video comparison between the two on my channel. I just wish it weighed as much as the Fandu. It feels a bit too light for me.
@@Mr.Cynical92 so wwe shop crumrine belt has the detail and shape but weight is not acturate is that what i get from it because im wanting a big gold and asking arou d whats best detail wise so yiu pick shoprine ok thanks , by the way whats the weight on the wwe shop crumrine verses fandu
@Sean-bf3lh I haven't weighed them. Going by the Fandu Website and A&J's belts(they're a licensed WWE Shop dealer), the Fandu Luxe weighs 8.7 lbs on it's stock leather strap and the WWE Shop Crumrine weighs 6.5 lbs on it's stock strap. I put my Shop Crumrine on layaway from A&J's belts when they were released.
@obsessivefanboy7 the entire belt collection video is going up tomorrow. I shot and edited it today. That belt is in the upcoming video and it'll give you another look at it.
I'm not sure about WWE Shop. I know a lot of overseas makers will use either 18k or 24k gold plating. If they do 24k gold, they tend to mention it as a selling point. I'm not sure what WWE Shop uses because it shines differently than my 24k gold plated Pakistan made replica belts.

That buffing wheel did the trick. BEAUTIFUL
Thanks for the after footage!
I need one! Beautiful belt and good tip. Thanks
Just ordered mine, glad I came across this video, looks great!
Such a beautiful belt
Great alternative to clear coating. 🎉
It probably just adds a little oil to the plates. Might be a good thing in the long run to prevent tarnishing.
Looks 100x better! Nice job, dude! 👏🏻
Goddamn that thing is gorgeous. Especially after.
Thanks for this, It looks geat with Never Dull, but I have to say Clear Coating spray can is by far the best. Cheers!

Remember Ronnie Garvin won this belt as a last minute replacement! Best design after the old Lawler Unified Belt.
Might be a dumb question but you added nevrdull onto the buffing wheel? It turned out fantastic with the buffing wheel. Nice job man!
No. I only applied it once. When I started using the buffing wheel I never made a second pass with the never dull. What ended up shining up was the never dull that was already on the plates that I was unable to buff off by hand.
@@Mr.Cynical92how long did it last, I mean is it still shining? And all we would need is Nevr Dull & a Buffer for a Drill?
@AReelChannel it's still shiny a week later. The only materials I used were never dull, microfiber buffing cloth and the buffing wheel on my drill.

The current World Heavyweight Championship doesn't need nevr dull. It's shiny straight from WWE Shop.

It looks darker after I polished it though. Don't know if that's normal or not.
Do you think if you put water on the plate after all of that and dried it with the cloth it would become dull again without the polish?
I'm not sure. For fear of having to do this all over again, I'm not going to test that out.
