I replaced the 2.2 k resistor with the 680 ohm one and it tried to work and it never tried again. Did I put the 680 ohm resistor in the right place?

One of 3 resistor to base must be lesser than 100 k so that it will become " starting device" of this whole system otherwise it will glow randomly without starting point i mean who will glow first.
