yes, that was not the intention but i did want to get through the subjects we wanted to cover quickly, the intention was to introduce Irina and give people a clear idea of the services she offers. you'd need to be very lucky to happen across Irina if you just arrived in romania and were trying to solve such issues as anyone moving here will inevitably need to do and i think the video achieved that. we intend to make more in-depth topic specific videos going forward. anyway thanks for the feedback, appreciated. :)
typically what happens is people are overcharged for poor, slow service so i like to promote people who do a good job

Regarding this particular video you didn't say the name of the company ( only the name of this lady) you didn't asked her about the address of her business. You are a very rude interviewer since you always interrupt and speak over your guests, and not just her! Let her speak as she was giving interesting information. Is as if you just want to pick your guest's brain to help your business grow and bring foreigners to move and buy Romanian land. I find it very disrespectful when this culture receives you with open arms to use their generous resources.

Make a video how can Canadian or American buy a house with land in Romania as well as how to buy a car?
Seems like it is a pretty difficult and quiet expensive challenge with opening a company and paying minimum 350 USD per month as taxes for your salary and accountant fees, which make it Romania not so interesting for investment taking into account that Romanian is not an easy language to learn.

American or a Canadian, or a non-EU citizen is coming to Romania thinking to buy a house with land.
First he has to buy a cheap car to be able to drive around and look for properties. What is the procedure and how can he register a car for himself in Romania?
Suppose he finds a house in a village.
What is the procedure to buy a house with land in Romania?
And how much would he pay on each stage?
If registration of company is needed, how much is it to register and how much should he pay monthly after that for his employment and to the accountant?
