is it just me or do the lyrics feel so much deeper and more intence to this beat? ... this beat just feels so right for this
This whole album or atleast the all these remixes sound better, still a great album but definitely needed better production imo
@@johnreeves1657 bazooka tooth got dope production
Aesop saves me every time. Real talk.
check out Aesop rock feat b.o.b beast mode..produced by Digi Hendrix 3000...duuuuurty,,
Agreed.
After releasing Bazooka Tooth, Ace released a double album named Build Your Own Bazooka Tooth, with all the acapellas and instrumentals. The person who made EP did a good use of this.
Best rapper to ever live imo
Aesop does it again he's dope ass hell
Aesop Rock is way to underrated, he needs a million views in every video of his :3
a true lyricyst.
I'm getting chills listening to this.
Best mashup I personally have ever heard. It just works sooooo effing well.
This song sounds so much sadder with this beat...
A classic vs another classic.
The sickest remix I've heard of either of them. And they're combined.
Well done.
i have to agree. it's cool how aesop and portishead blend so well. this is by far the best voice over beat (whatever you call it) remix i've heard thus far.
That was fucking beautiful.
No hostages
No promises
Love this
It's amazing to me how great Aesop is when he actually has a nice beat behind him.
Dope!
Sooo good.
If I'm not back in a week tell the crew I said "Peace."
...and lay low...
JacksInn Strays don't vacate slow
I'm still around, my boy.
This is WAY too SICK!! Props!!
this is pretty close to a perfect loop. I just barely noticed the song starting over. Nice
really well done.
well done!
Holy shit great mix
This is a great remix
Dude... Sick
Great remix!
This is tight.
Portishead Bristol UK ...
Ace is ace on any track, change my mind..
also Portishead is awesome, been a long time fan of both circa 90's
I would like to hear Portishead mixed a little more equally with the beats, I do like it. Allways wanted to hear a DJ mix Tool - Sober, Portishead - Mysterions, and Aesop Rock - Easy...
Yes.
love me sum Aesop :)
Damn Son!!!!!
Dare say this is better than the original.
This track is fuckin fyaaah
Dooooope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Prosperity or Facemelter are some of my favs. check them out if you have the time
portishead bae
Still here
Still here
Still here
I was surprised. Shit works well.
Aesop is so hawt right now
he was on a lot of acid during that time period. plus a lot of stress and traumatic experiences.
Pardon
I feel like Ace would never flow like this on this beat.
I feel the same but I enjoy the interpretation of it. Brings a different feel and vibe
Anyone know the Portishead original backing track?
Ok, the answer is ‘roads’
oh shit. this happened?

Insane. Bazook Tooth was his worst album, for beats not lyrics. Idk what drugs he was on but no bueno.
it has a few really good tracks,,,,but have you heard all the bazooka works remixes of that album? There's like four or 5 bazooka works records and they're all TERRIBLE, the original's still the best one, so, sadly that's not sayin much for aesop....you also gotta realize he was hospitalized for mental problems, was suicidal then came back released this, and then moved to rhymesayers.....so I think he rushed it under contract, but you gotta cut him a break
vocal is to heavy for me, contrasts with the track. for me anyways.
Pshhhhh.. do you even know who blockhead is? You don't know about beats..
Better than most of the beats on that album but still doesn't make it a good song. Probably his worst album.
