Hello there, I found this At Ross & I think world market carries it too. It’s Borgo de Medici packed in Italy. I was so excited when i saw this so I grabbed the last 3😂 I tried to look for this online and the closest I can find is Turmeric saffron and sea salt and they sold out 😫 I am down to my last jar.
You can by the individual spices and mix them as well.

I made this last night in my instant pot. I made without coconut milk cuz I was out. But it was still very very delish. It’s a keeper now👍👍👍👍👍👍

The coconut makes the sauce creamier, but I’ve seen some recipes they use also a regular milk.

I like coconut milk with a chicken stew dish and a squash dish. I love ginataan bilo too. Real recent I was introduced to macaroni soup, and the cook added coconut milk instead of evaporated
