Could you actually test it inside a car? I wanted to know if it throws heat inside the car.
How cold did it keep your food and beverages?
Also how long did it last before it finally shit the bed?
that depends on sooo many factors, but mainly how warm it is outside and how cold the stuff inside is to begin with. It doesnt work very well as a fridge to actually cool things. But if you put things in that are already cold, throw a few coolpacks in and turn the fan on then itll keep things cold all day.
it lasted me for a good 5 years, mainly serving in the car to keep things cold on roadtrips etc. What gave out in the end was the hinge of the lid

+atown Ish ive had this cooler for a couple of years now, so im sure they have updated their range by now. Your local camping-shop will have them for sure and amazon as well of course

do you find it draws a lot of power out ? I'm looking to get one for truck camping .
+steedsful thats hard to tell since i have only used it in the car wile traveling, so the engine is running and there are no other power sipping things going on.
But since its only 12v id say its not that power hungry and if you put some cool-elements in it stays cool pretty well on its own
It melted the 12v lead in my car!! So checking out why...but seems ok on 230v??
Does this keep ice frozen?
no it doesnt freeze. BUT if you put it in deeply frozen and put a few cooling packs inside the box then it certainly does a good job in delaying the melting

***** Very nice! does the job it needs to do in an excellent way. But its not perfect, the cable is a bit annoying and it looks pretty hideous.
