"Goin' Home"

After an overnight windstorm, the bulk carrier "Serifos" had dragged away from her assigned anchorage in the Satellite Channel, so had to be brought back "home". Not as simple is it sounds. ANY up anchor movement of foreign ships in Canadian waters must be shepherded by a coastal pilot. That's where pilot David Willows and others like him enter the picture...
