Please don't water fast. Your body needs water. Please don't drink more than 0.7L per hour. It's dangerous. The best way to drink water is sip throughout the day.

I hate that the word diet has come to mean any kind of special or abnormal food habits, when really diet just means food habits. ..... theres enough water in the foods you consume for you not to have to drink water everyday. water is a nutrientless solvent that if ur lucky isnt contaminated and has trace minerals. might as well drink raw milk the water in there is cellularily utilizeable unlike tap water which is 8-12% so its basically just robbing ur body of stuff it could be digesting at best. at worst u are disolving ur intestines and who knows what else its literally a solvent
