I like this interior better than the Ultimate Denali to be honest. The black interior goes well with the car. The only thing that I hate about both models is the paywall on the Super Cruise system. It is like buying a mobile phone and being able to use the camera only if you have a subscription. this is ridiculous...
I think of it as almost paying for a streaming service. It gives you access to all of the roads and highways already mapped out like the movies and shows that have already came out. Then the new mapping and roads are like movies coming out soon. I don’t necessarily agree with it I just see where they are coming from.
Yup we don’t need more subscriptions in our lives acting as leeches taking our hard earned money on a monthly/annual basis. I bought the car, that should be it. Stop nickel and diming the consumer

I might buy one, because I frequently go on long distance drives for ski trips. Sometimes I like to explore dirt roads along the way. I like being able to continue on the journey during heavy snow storms, when it is hard to see road boundaries. I like the extra protection for road debris on these long drives.
Raiti, you missed the most important part of the Yukon review.... Did GM get rid of the push button shifter, or did they revert back to a column shifter? ...I have a 22' Redwood Metallic Yukon AT4, and I love mine. I lifted it and put 24x14 wide wheels on it, but I love the aggressive offroad look.
@@w4rmgun Nope... I've been spoiled with the push button shifter. It gives me peace of mind from worrying about any mechanical malfunctioning with a column shifter. Plus the button shifter is great for lefties who like to keep their hand on the wheel.
I love everything except the gloss black on the front. Looks way out of place to me. I hope they have an option to change that because I love the AT4 in dark grey.
I would like to have an at4 Ultimate Loaded 7 passenger. The only items I don't want is the twin Panama sunroof . I've had a lot of sunroof break on all models. I don't like sunroof Don't care for sunroof s I don't want the power deployable.Running boards just regular solid running boards But everything else I want the air suspension towing the Hud everything
Best full-size hands down. Wish GMC gets rid of the steering wheel shifter and go back to the chonky shifter keep the automatic paddles. If I can rip the passenger touch screens to save a couple Gs I’ll do it. My kids don’t need all that. They might have it already but a rear locking diff for emergencies with a few auxiliaries. This is not a definitive off road but those features are pretty essential If they do those things that in the next lineup it would be perfect and with the luxury provide something nobody has.
The rear seat entertainment in the Denali ultimate is what kept me from purchasing one. Only blue tooth capable. No IR or direct plug-in available. I see they haven’t changed it. Also, numerous reviews about GM RSE states it’s a “nightmare”. Wish the Yukon AT4 ultimate had an option for no RSE. Love everything else about it. Cannot purchase with the terrible comments online.

I do not have confidence in cars that have all the DIFFERENCE lock and 4H, 4L buttons via the touch screen, what if screen Broken or broken during off-road driving and high vibration on desert roads

Totally agree, the second row bench should 100% be an option on all trim levels!
You could get a 4x4 SLT trim and put your own lift kit and wheels on it and get your bench seat and not have to deal with the air ride suspension

Personal opinion…This main screen is straight out of Fords playbook. I love that panorama screen across the dash like the Tahoe and Escalade.

Except as usual GM did it alot better. Im yet to be impressed by a Ford interior tbh...one of their biggest weaknesses
GM just can’t let go of the shiny plastics, they should have used the open pore wood on the center console. I’m glad the diesel is now available

The edges of the seat controls are silver trim, and I feel that this small detail really giving this car more luxurious.
