I always ignore the size as well. I’m very thin and wear a small if I want something to be fitted but in sweaters, knits and tops I want over sized I go a few sizes up. I also have long arms and legs and I can’t stand when a long sleeve shirt or sweater stops right at my wrist or even worse above. I like extra fabric in the sleeves.
