I don't think he uses it, he sounds breathtaking even in world tours where they don't have all their stuff. They do travel with a lot of equipment but not as much as they do when they play in Japan (after watching documentaries they released and having a little bit of knowledge on music systems)

Why write a song with English words, and then not sing these words during concerts? "Filth in the beauty" is such a cool song, and the whole feeling is corrupted by the banal laziness of the artist to sing the text.
He actually sang the lyrics. He just had (and still has, just a bit less) a very bad pronunciation. Those parts he did not sing are maybe part of lyrics forgotten (and that happens in many songs) or just moments where he wants to interact with the public. No need to be harsh with an artist just because 5 years ago he did not sing the verse. Nonsense.
