    U/S 56 why buyer will be liable for the mortgage debts ?

      Firstly, buyer is not liable until mortgagee falls short of the properties not sold to buyer.
      Secondly, buyer will be liable as Section 56 does not apply in the following cases
      Auction Sale
      Leases
      Purchases subject to prior encumbrance
