The property can be a sold to a minor through his guardian but a minor cannot sell his property

Isnt there any contract in sale? Coz it will make the contract void if it is made with a minor. Please clear it sir
As you said, in lease there is contract, hence if made with a minor, it will be void ab initio (mohribiwi v dharmadas ghosh)
