Why doesn’t my photoshop have the patterns? All it has is grass, tree and water.

I had this same problem. Go to Window>Patterns and in the top right of the Patterns panel, open the menu and choose legacy patterns and more. You'll have to search through the patterns that open up, but they're in there!
