5:33 Sac isn't just an EM stat stick. If you double skill, you double your particle gen, but more importantly it generates 24 nightsoul twice. This lets you get +3 seconds of uptime on the cryo application, which can allow for more melts in certain setups.
i wanted to write something similiar but i would say you will even increase the uptime by 3-5 sec because you can proc her a1 passive easy 2 times with longer uptime
Thissss! Was waiting for Sac section to be talked about but it was reduced to EM stat stick 😭 it's amazing on her 110er and she bursts just fine while battereing 2nd cryo and gives her more skill uptime
Yeah Sac Frag is quite ok but the issue is TToDS is too good. Also most of Citlali's Cryo application is upfront and early in the rotation, not every Pyro char cares much about extending the rotation. Then again TToDS also forces longer rotations, but most Pyro carries really appreciate the Atk buff.
@@Exacerberus sorry, but i´m not sure if you tried the difference. most ppl look at a excel sheet and one number is 2k higher as the other. in reality we talk about 5% team dps difference in the best case. keeping the same build for all characters. but you dont have to keep the same build, because sac frag gives energy to the whole team. and a stronger shield
@@namelessking9068 Ok but regardless the more invested is your main dps Melting (aka signature, constellations, good artifacts) the higher the gap between TToDS and Sac Frag becomes.
Don't underestimate that Sac Frags resets her skill. Which can enable her Itzpapa to get 50 Nightsoul without the burst. And overall give her more Nightsoul to work with. Meaning a Longer rotation is possible.
@thegreatdanryan for comfort. Infact I wouldn't even suggest anything else. My Weapon list is simple. BIS: signature F2P damage (if enough energy) : TToDS F2P general (comfort) : Sac Frags. If you have for whatever reason : Wandering Evenstar R5. Don't bother with any other weapon.
The skill reset is nice but I find annoying that it caps at 80% chance in single target so every rotation the passive has a 20% chance to not do what you need. Citlali needs to hit 2 targets for it to be consistent, against 2 targets the chance is 96%.
I love her with Arlecchino and I use her with Chasca too. I look forward to your advanced tips video. Personally I’m only disappointed by her exploration ability, it is super pretty but it is just like Ororon’s, a little better in some aspects and worse in others. Her exploration passive only works in Natlan and even the C1 reduced Phlogiston consumption on her leap and charged attack only works in Natlan because she uses Stamina instead of Phlogiston or Nightsoul points anywhere else. From what I tested, Citlali after her jump has reduced descension speed for 3s, but it only works while she stands still, as soon as she moves she loses height very fast like when gliding normally. Ororon instead for 2 seconds doesn’t lose height at all even while moving, so he maintains height much better. With his exploration passive he increases gliding speed for the team, like Xianyun. One of the best passives in my opinion. Citlali’s advantages are that she jumps a little higher and that she can move while in aiming mode. Her passive that recharges Phlogiston when triggering a Nightsoul Burst is nice but limited to Natlan.
10:48 with the Chasca, not going to talk about how c1 letting her include only two PHEC characters for maximum effect? I feel like that's important in case people were thinking about pulling for Chasca. It lets her run Bennett, Citlali, and then teams like Xilonen, Shenhe, Xiangling, and even Mavuika as a sub dps/second main dps team comp (Chasca does drain quite a bit for Mavuika here too)
What do you think about putting Cinder City on Xilonen, and Obsidian Codex on Citlali (EM/ER, Cryo DMG, Crit)? Since Citlali's shield is negligible anyway, I thought focusing on her damage this way could actually work better.
Is there some technique that we can use her plunge attack for? Since high jump is in her kit without relying on an elemental burst (Xiao, Xianyun), I’m wondering if you would want to use it for an AoE cryo application as part of a rotation. It took a bit of practice, but you don’t enter her special midair aim mode if you are very quick to tap the button right after the high jump.
The only thing I can think about is dash/jumping to Plunge cancel which I covered in my Xianyun Tips video. But Citlali consumes way too much Stamina for her jumps. And generally she covers her Cryo application in AoE even without adding more than Skill and Burst so I think not but there might be teams or setups where this could make sense. If I find any use, I'll cover it in her next video :)
I pulled for her and tried her with Arlecchino, Yelan and Bennett but I get too many frozen enemies which mess with my Arlecchino reactions. I think I'll try swapping Yelan for either Xilonen on petra and see if I can still get some good melts since my Arlecchino is more hyper carry focused than reaction focused, or maybe add Rosaria to properly trigger melt and switch Arle to my second more reaction focused build.
But most of the times, they dont, they are strong all by themselves, u can easily use xilonen, chasca, mualani, pyro traveler, kinich and stuff without natlan characters, they just get a small buff paired with other natlan characters, (mavuiks is the only one who actually needs another natlan character)
They work better with Natlan characters but they don't need them. Furina works better with healers or you could use her to heal you for a less efficient way if play
Pls. THANK YOU. Atleast someone bothered Mentioning that shes GOOD for Wriothesley and Ayaka freeze teams. If you want a generalist Character and not go for Shenhe, then Citlali is 80% of Shenhe.
@kapitoshka1194 Well first of all, my Mavuika and Citlali are still in the lvling phase with non-maxed temporary artefacts and so are still quite squishy and second, with Anemo with VV you can reduce Pyro res of the ennemis even further when you trigger a Swirl via Mavuika's E.
@@OshMMf yeah, I had question only about another healer in your team, Citlali and Bennet should be enough IMO. Having an anemo unit for VV buffs is good idea though
Isn't her C1 equivalent to Shenhe? Shenhe quills are 5x 77% ATK per character, vs Citlali's is 16x 200% EM, so ~800% vs 3200% with ATK being around 4x higher than EM usually. Granted, Shenhe's character specific quills are easier to control and better for fewer higher multiplicative reaction hits, but hers are cryo only
As long as you use her in teams where you trigger the reactions she needs and you use an EM weapon with 3 EM main stats, Citlali’s C1 gives significantly more damage than Shenhe’s Quills in basically all teams except mono Cryo where you have 2 Cryo DPS + Shenhe. Citlali can also use Sacrificial Fragments for a second E each rotation. You need at least 2 target to make it consistent. 80% chance of reset against 1 target, 96% against 2 targets. When making use of the second E is doable her C1 is on all another level compared to Shenhe’s Quills.
@deadencicle I don't think it's that simple. Firstly teams with Xingqiu or Yelan are going to eat up all of those stacks in seconds. Secondly, melt teams, like Gaming or Ganyu, will prefer fewer larger stacks. On the second point, since her skill is damage over time, I have noticed that the sacrificial fragments passive can trigger later. Example skill, burst notice skill reset and skill again
@@mechatr0nixYou are right about some teams preferring fewer stronger stacks, I was only considering the full amount she gives. Stacks are only consumed by the active character, what’s the problem with Xingqiu or Yelan? They might use some stacks while on-field and get extra damage, which is fine, they are damage dealers. If you are fighting groups of enemies and they consumed most stacks, just use Citlali’s E again after them thanks to Sacrificial Fragments and you’ll refresh the stacks. Have you calculated how much damage she can give with her C1 compared to Shenhe? In some teams she gives nearly double her amount assuming 7 Quills from Shenhe and 16 stacks of her C1. Even if some of them aren’t used too well her C1 remains ahead. In some teams Shenhe can give 10, but that requires switching back to her which means not doing damage with the on-field character for a little and the damage you gain from that isn’t much, but Citlali can refresh the stacks too with Sacrificial Fragments. Shenhe shines when multiple Cryo damage dealers can use the Quills. Overall her C1 is better than Shenhe’s Quills in my opinion, although my claims that it is better in basically all teams except mono Cryo was exaggerated. There are a few exceptions. After E Q she needs to wait a little more than 1s on-field before the first tick of her E happens for another 80% chance to reset the Skill in single target. It takes some time but seems a fine workaround for those times when the Skill doesn’t reset at first try.
@deadencicle Ah, my mistake on the trigger condition. I missed the active character part. As for practical team improvements, Gaming doing 6 to 7 hits in a rotation, means he's not making use of the full total. Mavuika benefits a lot more
