Seedlip Notas de Agave | Non-alcoholic Spirit Taste Test and Mocktail Recipe Review

Seedlip debuted a new alcohol-free spirit late last year and I am finally trying it. Its flavors are built around lime, agave nectar, peppercorn, vanilla, and prickly pear. I am excited to see how it can be mixed into mocktails that are traditionally made with Tequila-replacements.
In this video, I do an official first taste test and then make 2 of Seedlip's recipes listed on their website: Paloma & Margarita. Full deets are listed below the chapters for this video.

Seedlip Paloma
/Ingredients/
•Seedlip Notas de Agave: 2 oz
•Fresh Grapefruit Juice: 1 oz
•Fresh Lime: ½ oz
•Simple Syrup: ½ oz
•Club Soda: 3 oz
•Ice: Cubed
/Glass & Garnish/
•Highball
•Grapefruit peel
/Method/
•Add all the ingredients except the club soda into a cocktail shaker.
•Shake & strain into a highball glass.
•Top w/ soda & add fresh cubes of ice.
•Garnish w/ a grapefruit peel.
Seedlip Margarita
/Ingredients/
•Seedlip Notas de Agave: 2 oz
•Agave Syrup: 1 tbsp
•Fresh Lime Juice: ½ oz
/Glass & Garnish/
•Rocks
/Glass & Garnish/
•Salt rim, Lime wheel
/Method/
•Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
•Shake & strain over ice.
•Garnish w/ a Lime wheel & half-rim of salt.

How would you compare it to Garden 108 which is very versatile
@@anastasiarenaud2568 I would say this is not as vers as Garden. This has more of a distinct flavor so will need to be mixed with things that compliment the profile. Cheers! 🥂
