A little while back I thought he had imposter syndrome and maybe the realisation he wasn't good enough was affecting his form, but fucking hell I get the feeling he really thinks he's a top player which is terrifying. There's having self belief and then there's the tone deaf nature of his statement there. How United spent 80m on this fella is staggering, the worst signing of all time in my opinion because I can't think of another player so far off the level of the price paid for them, a genuinely bog standard centre half with loads of obvious weaknesses and United decided it was a good idea to spend more than what it took to get Van Dijk. To be fair to Ralf, he said in a post match interview that the defence didn't follow the game plan, and that they pushed forward too early. It seems like it doesn't matter if he gives the players instructions, they just don't follow them!

Marcos Rashford can't run at defenders without 100% of the time losing the ball or passing to the opposition. It happens every single time and now every time he gets the ball I'm just waiting for it to happen, I don't expect any other outcome. On that basis alone, he simply cannot play in this team

Lack of accountability and self-entitlement is rotting the club. Ten Hag needs to clear out the entire first team squad (with very very few exceptions eg Sancho). Bring in young and hungry players who actually want to play for the badge. And the board NEEDS to revamp the wage structure because we cant keep splashing 200k+ per week on players who only care about themselves.

We were going to get hammered eitherway, may as well drop the undropables and give the youth a try...did wonders for Fergie. Pellestri is our most technically gifted young player and he's not even at the club! NEVER would have happened under Fergie. All the young players that got given a chance have done quite well.
Fergie had a great spine of senior experienced players then he slowly integrated the youth in and around it. It’s completely different to the crap at United
I'm all for playing the youth but you could harm their development if you debut them in Anfield while we are getting battered.
