In hot weather like Singapore, you can try Saltsticks every few hours ride. It works well.

Yea have to take care of hydration and electrolytes intake at the same time.!

My group ride 100km every Sunday with any given Elevation. Saltsticks + water is more effective than Gatorade for example. Try it!

Oh yes I’ve been there - but I started from hotspring instead. I started this GS - Bentong ride at 7am and I got back to my car at 3pm 😅 if I add chamang I will got home when sun sets 😅
