sometimes having leg cramps can make my ride unsafe too. imagine stopping midway to nurse a cramp without a friend, being vulnerable.
Yup! But can be mitigated by having reliable support system ie friends or family that can rescue you anytime. It’s all about risk assessing .. right? if you solo ride is really what you want … desperately😂
