Cook in open vessel till to HARD 5. Cook in cooker 1 whisel - Allow to cool down 6. Make round kambu ball and soak in water eat in next day morning 7. In bowel Kambu ball + 2 cup soaked water + salt + curd + onion. 8. Drink healthy.

I started using grains as these are gluten free ,rich in fiber ,healthy grain in the form of idlis,dosai,rotis but this will be added in my list ,thank you ma'am .

In our patti,and periyamma houses they did the same add boiled rice and water in lot scale added the kamu balls in it. They use for it soap stone utensils added salt and curd init. Summer holidays in the late afternoons gave us in coconut shells. As cool as any ice cream are cooldrinks doesn't stand near it. Now I am a years old. Golden days they were. Use and throw also reuse Able.
