ok but my question is if there was people faking having mental illness to get there house cleaned?
aww you are charming
Maybe an idea to clean a home from an elderly who is no longer capable?
You did not clean this house for "free" with good intention. You did it for the huge stack of UA-cam cash. There's nothing wrong with making a living on UA-cam, but there is a lot wrong with phony good deeds and pretending to be a good person in order to get a pat on the back and a reward. If you really want to do good for others with sincerity, don't record an ounce of it and tell no one else but the person you are helping out. Ever heard of "Don't tell your right hand what your left hand is doing."? There's a reason for that phrase.
Do you cry when listening to the stories of your followers?
"I'm not afraid of anything because the dirt is afraid of me!" That's the spirit I wanna have
Damn I like your profile picture

@@Popicat527 Oh dam
Hahaha she soo funny 😜😜
I'm feeling tired just from watching.
WOW!!!! The world needs more people like you. The fact that you dived right in with no judgment says allot about you. I’m pretty sure your understanding is one of the first steps for healing. You are such a blessing.
Totally agree this is an amazing thing and to support and not judge is an amazing trait to have. She really is an amazing person with a drive to clean 😂🥺💞
I agree ☝🏼
You should totally watch clean avengers too.
instead of saying we need more people like you... be like her
I wouldn’t say without judgement, she made a lot of remarks saying “this smells” “this is nasty”. What she did was amazing and selfless but the commentary wasn’t needed.
I love how she calls people brave when they ask for help. Sometimes bravery is about being independent and strong on your own, but there are times when courage can also be seen in other ways - like admitting that you need help with some things. 💖
I love how she’s not like other people who use TONS of unnecessary products to clean
YES!!!!! and that she uses products that work not because she's solely endorsed by them.
Like she literally uses oven cleaner, dish soap, water, and power paste as well as a lot of elbow grease and an amazing attitude. She makes me laugh so much and makes it easy to clean like you don’t need to but anything to have a clean house.
@bina nocht She used scrub daddy products before she was sponsored. It's what she genuinely recommends. I started using scrub daddy products because of her and it really is amazing.
@bina nocht She doesn't use it daily, only in cases like these where she has limited time and needs to get it done quickly. She says at home or in other cases with minor stuff she uses more natural stuff, like vinegar and dishsoap.
bina nocht They are not, scrub daddy lasts 8 weeks on average, but if you take care of it it can last up to 2 months of regular use. It also doesn't stain or smell. It's a very heavy duty sponge. I use it daily. I've given up normal sponges cause they suck.
"Depression cleaning" should be a service more easily accessible. Things get out of control for so many reasons and many people are too embarrassed to ask for help or hire a service and may never get out of the rut.
Can you come to Australia? 🥰🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘
Exactly. My house got WAY WORSE. Ppl just don't understand. Now I'm with someone who loves me and helps me so much to keep a clean home.
I so agree with this!!!

I have a best friend that I've known for 13 years. We have never separated since the day we met, and last year I found out she had been suffering from severe depression for a while. I noticed I hadn't seen her house in a while, and when I saw it me and all my other friends joined together to help her clean it. She's doing so much better now. The state you're in really affects your mood
Aaaa so glad to hear this! This channel really does bring people together and spread awareness to this kind of condition ♡ sending all the love!

Aww that’s so sweet from you and your friends so proud of you all, your story shows how even your closest ppl and friends can keep a huge and sad sides and secrets from you and the world and that’s really sad💔 I hope everyone struggling get the help they need🥺
Why she did not ask for help? She did not have to do anything, just say one sentence: please clean my place. I am just curious.
@@alicjagodlewska1059 That lady I can't tell, but I've heard several people say, afterwards, that they couldn't just expose a misery dont they didn't not even knew the reason. It is not like a broken leg. Some might say " Come on, I help, let's move, use your power" when the person doesn't have any, and is strugling to stand, eat and breath.
⚘🙏
I’ll go back and forth between phases where I’m obsessed with cleaning nonstop and then where I’m having depressive episodes and don’t clean at all and my apartment can get so bad almost like this sometimes … and the mess just makes me feel worse about myself. But knowing that I’m not the only one who has this struggle is so comforting. And watching this video has motivated me so much to clean now.
I tend to do one major super clean and purge a year. I tell myself "ok. I'm keeping this place clean from now on!" I'll be good about it for a few weeks but then a small mess here and there ends up looking like a landfill in no time. I'll then put off doing a major clean for another year.
@@jzen1455 that’s pretty much how it is for me too! Every time I fully clean my apartment, I say to myself “okay I’m not gonna let it get like that again” and like you said, for a few weeks give or take, it’s easy to stay on top of it and then all of a sudden you lose momentum or motivation and before you know it, it’s a mess again. I haven’t gone a full year without cleaning, but I’ve had a month or several months of not cleaning. I just have to keep reminding myself that it’s so much better for my mental health to keep cleaning in my daily or weekly routines.
@@ashleyrebecca3991 I don't know if this helps you. But I kind of used my ex-girlfriend as an excuse for tidying up my flat. I drilled it into myself that it had to be tidy when she was over and that actually helped me staying on top of things for the entirety of that relationship. Afterwards I fell behind a bit. But I guess all that repetition paid off and my flat has never been in a state where I couldn't get it clean within a single day. In case you don't have a partner maybe try the same thing with a friend who visits regularly.
@@XMaster340 thank you! That usually does motivate me when my boyfriend comes over, so I have used that as a method too!

“Let’s collect all the trashes!”
I love it every time she says this!! 💙
G'day, miliam! I was watching an American cleaning show called Midwest Magic Cleaning and the man who does it was imitating Aurikatariina in 1 of his videos. He said, "First we have to collect all the trashes."
I just love how she don’t degrade anyone she says stuff that makes it feel like everything is okay and fixable 💕
In Brazil if you hire a cleaner, she/he will judge and have no shame to ask “how your house got to this point” to something much less worse.
I never forget when my niece was a baby and me (then recently fired) and my mom were dying to take care of her while still grieving my depressive sister’s suicide and I hired a team of cleaner’s because the house was a mess and I heard that question from one of them and even telling our life story, I saw on their eyes that they thought it was an excuse, and I also judged myself in that moment, feeling like I was really giving an excuse.
One year later my mom almost died and since then I’m constantly overwhelmed and pulled away from my work attempts. Her mental issues got worse and the house needs a deep/heavy cleaning again, I have no time and strength and also I have no courage to hire someone to feel bad that way again…
Everything is fixable !
@@catinarezi seems like she has to make a trip to Brasil to help you !!!!

I made a friend a while back and we always hung out at my house. She got really sick once and I did the rude thing of showing up to her house unannounced. Her house was worse than this and I just started cleaning. I made her promise she would get therapy and medication if needed. I would come tidy up for one month after she started meds. As they entered her system I had to clean less and less. I wish we would de stigmatize ALL depression symptoms. Not just too much sleep and sadness. She needed help so I did. I hope everyone is willing to do this for others.
Aww girl you did the right thing ✨❤️❤️
Wow you are an AMAZING friend!
Tbh the "rude" thing you did helped her a lot because you wasn't rude at all! Wow you may even have helped her yo save her life. That's so amazing.
You are an angel! We need more people like you
Your an amazing friend
I love how instead of being grossed out my mold or mess she seems actively fascinated with it, and excited to see something new. It helps me feel better about myself when I clean my own home
The food boxes around the bed reminded me of my experience with depression 10 years ago. My dad and my grandma visited and found my room and kitchen in a pretty bad condition. The cleaned everything by themselves. It's so important to have supportive people around you when battling a mental illness 🙏
I felt like crying when you said People could see you on the street and not know anything is wrong 😪. It's hard to get out of Depression, but a clean house can definitely lift your spirit 😊
At least she has a motivation to stay physically active :/ But it's still sad.
Yeah, I think it’s that desperate cling to the one thing that makes you feel better. I think we all know what we have to do and what is expected from society, but I could really see where she just didn’t have enough energy to go on, so that’s where all the unfinished things come from in the apartment. I am so glad she got help.
She was talking about the subsciver
Mental illness does show on you and does give you negative vibes that attracts all the negative things
I Think You misunderstood
That's actually a very nice little apartment. I hope the owner feels a million times more comfortable now!
That was my thought too, it's a beautiful space :)
I agree
Yes, really nice indeed...!!!
My thoughts exactly 👍
That’s a typical studio apartment in Finland 🙂
Honestly she got way more done than I would have in 10 hours. I don’t think I’d even be able to keep going for 10 hours. I think the longest cleaning episode I had was like 5 hours with my mom helping me and she started like almost an hour before I joined (we knew we were cleaning that day but i didn’t know what time we were starting so I was still asleep when she started lmfao)
The motivation and positivity this girl has is absolutely incredible.
Agreed
So true - For most of us, it's easier (and sustainable) to work in 15-45 Minute blocks, with little breaks! And not do more than 1/2 day at a time, unless it's an 'emergency'
Last fall my daughter and son- in law helped me go through things before moving - my daughter and I worked inside and he did outside, including the thrift store and dump runs. I had loved there 19 years, and some areas were pretty bad!
You have no idea what you just did for me, the motivation to clean my house… I’ve been dealing with depression and grief for months now and this just motivated me ❤️❤️
how are you doing now?
You CAN do it

@@amsie_86 Have a talk with your doctor. I had depression for years now and didnt want to realise. There is a diffrence between lazieness and depression. My place looked similiar to the video and i hadent the energy to do simple things like cleaning my house or myself. Today i got a lot of help. My parents are aware of my issues and are helping me a lot (my mom cleaned my hole place). My doctor is involved and helps me when i feel down and not able to leave the bed. A few month ago i started the medication with my therapy and it is a completly diffrent life quality.
Dont feel ashame or guilty. Its nor your fault and youre not lazy! Many ppl has the same problems
People who don’t understand will just say they’re lazy, unfortunately.
@@heyhey11793 wonderful thing about people is that they change, they change their mind, they can be persuaded and educated... thats why this si very important - I am saying this as a person that would just say "they dont want to even try to do better", but some people sat me down and gave me the first nudge to learn, which prompted me into extensive research about mental illnesses and now I can empathise with others, that have it so much harder in life than me. You never know what will give someone who is currently ignorant that "nudge".
I’ll never forget when my sister cleaned my whole house after I had my baby, I came home from the hospital to a spotless home. It was such a gift. ❤️
Lydia you are absolutely right. Anyway how are you doing?
My mother in law and father in law done this for me. Even stripped and made my little boys bed who was with another relative at the time ❤
Hi from Texas!!! I love the concept of the shower, washing machine and toilet all being in a "wet room" with a drain. So much easier to clean than the way it is in the U.S.
I think it's a washer/dryer combo.
I love the way the bathrooms there!
And it makes so much sense! When you take your clothes off to shower, the washer is right there. And if the washer or the toilet were to overflow, it will go into a drain instead of flooding and ruining the floors.
Love how she puts back the unexpired/still usable things back somewhat organized!! 😦
I finally found a reason of my anxiety and it's my dirty room right now. Your video gave me motivation & I'm definitely gonna clean my room today. 🙌🏻💗

Just wondering as I see this was 15 hours ago, how did it go? How much did you do? I realize that question could come off a bit mean but hey, if you cleaned off your desk or something small that’s great,

When you start feeling a bit better after months of depression, lack of energy first thing you face is the chores, responsibilities you ignored. And it is really hard to chope with. This is a great idea to help people. Respect.
Exactly. Sometimes i feel a bit better from the depression i have been in for years now. The only thing i see is my dirty apartment. 6 years of dirt. I feel overwhelmed. I made a challenge to get a full trashbag out in the trashcan per day at least....

For me, cleaning after a depressing period really helps a lot in calming myself and it also motivates me in facing depression.
As someone who has depression these comments really help. My parents didn’t know how to deal with me and discouraged me when I was out of my depression and it came back again. For someone who struggles with periods of depression I can honestly say that this is a life saver for most people who are affeckted by this illness. When it's bad we usually have no energy to clean but the problem is that for me the mess and guilt over the mess only acts to deepen the depression.
What you are doing is such an amazing gift to this person.
I never had a real depression but seriously it sounds like hell of a state to be in. Like a uroboros biting its own tail. You get depressed-you dont feel like doing anything-everything gets bad-you feel depressed from the stare-you get more depressed-dont clean even more and round and round. F* depression, really
Yes. I wish I had any help like that in my depression periods....
@@danaondrackova3431 Yep, it’s a downward spiral. Even if you’re kind of managing it just takes one little thing to throw you off - like getting a cold or a bad day at work.
@Anizhan just keep strong you are not alone.
The word of God says, there is no temptation taken us but which is common unto men, but God is faithful and just to keep us.
So, I say this to say, you are not the only one going through these stuff.
I have a church sister who goes through it, hers is really deep, not even her baby she can take care of when she is depressed,
Just praying to God she never goes into it again, for it's not nice.
Sending love from Jamaica 🇯🇲
Same here. I am depressed, see the house, get more depressed. Huge circle
Did I tell you before how cute you’re?
You literally entered direct into my heart from the first video
Seeing you enjoying cleaning this much and finding your happiness in cleaning makes me smile involuntarily, when you react spontaneously excited when you see a hard stains and dirts I can’t help but to be excited and happy with you, your smile brings comfort to me you’re so precious I’m proud of you for helping others keep up the good work we support you sweetheart💗
I just wanted to say that I love you so much. It's People like you that make the world a better place. And don't worry I am super clumsy as well LOL 😅 . I also love your motto "I'm not afraid of dirt, the dirt is afraid of me "
From a person struggling with depression I have only one thing to say: THANK YOU! You have done an amazing job without judging. Sometimes I am feeling so ashamed of my house.. I arrived to the point of closing it and being there alone all the time not being even able to dress properly (my clothes were all dirty) and being obliged to stay more at home in the dark.
Thankfully my apartment never got this bad but mine was still pretty bad. I had more space haha so that's why it didn't look as bad. Depression isn't anything to joke about and my bf would be like omg I'm depressed too but my house is always clean.... 🤐🙄😑😶
I sending you a big hug ♥️
I appreciate the fact that you're working so hard so these people can live clean again. Don't forget to take a break yourself!
Bless your heart ❤️
That is such a cute message!! Ownnnn ❤️❤️❤️
Great work here by them

She's so brave from the dirtiness! She is super kind helping everyone out. :)
It’s so much easier for me to clean someone else’s messy house than it is to clean my own. I guess it’s the emotional attachment to the stuff. And to the mess
Yes, I‘ve cleaned the room of my depressed ex girlfriend before we were a couple and it took a whole day of hard work and now I struggle years later to clean my own messy flat for more than an hour.
I would find it easier to clean someone else's place too, I like the idea of helping others but dealing with my own mess makes me feel helpless. I wont be reflecting on my failures, berating myself and feeling both emotionally and physically drained if I were to clean the apartment of another person I cared about.
i don't know why but i agree😭🤝
Yeah same for me. Guess we could just change and clean each others home... but I live in Germany :-D
I agree... At work for example I'm nearly a perfectionist in cleaning up but at home? I just can't. No motivation.
I love how she is so respectful and kind towards her stuff even though it’s messy. I came across this after cleaning my kitchen after a depression week. It was bad. I now have to do the bedroom, but I’m going to do it! I absolutely love this video!
I hope you do it then! Keep up the great motivation!!
Brittany you are absolutely right. Anyway how are you doing?
How's your room coming along? I'm actually in the process of cleaning out my bedroom 🙄 3 years worth of depression & procrastination bad. But at least I'm working on it right? What are some things that motivated you to go at it til it was done? Thank you! 10.22.2021

@@Love2nurse93 Let’s all do it together! I watch a video by her then when I get up to get a glass of water or to use the bathroom, I clean something. I love what you do for people. You are a very kind and sweet girl. You have a very good heart.
Auri is so sweet and understanding, I love how she explains people can look ok on the outside, but you have no idea what’s going on in their head/body. ❤️
Nobody really talks about how bad it really can be, and it’s so embarrassing to ask for any help, but you overthink how much work it’s going to be to clean it, and end up demotivated and pushing it off another day. And then it ends up worse than it was a week before.

I applaud you for doing this for so many people with mental health issues. No one understands unless they too suffer. May God bless you always.
As someone who lives with depression. I appreciate your empathy towards the lady.

I know what it feels like when you have no motivation non energy to clean something as simple as your room and house.

hi jiii
I've been dealing with procrastination, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed and defeated for the last weeks, which led to let my house unattended and getting messy. Today I've found this video and it gave me a little bit of purpose and motivation to tidy up and clean at least my living room and im really proud of myself for achieving that today. THANK YOU :3
Hey, if nobody has told you today, you are strong, so strong, and I am VERY proud of you. Remember, even if you did just clean your living room, heck, if just tidied up a single pillow, progress is progress. Keep going!!!
I’m really proud of you!!!!! Keep going! Keep going!
Thanks y’all❤️ wish the best for you as well❤️
You should be proud 👍
That’s great. You got this girl! You’re stronger than you think, mwah x
"cleaned her home for free" So wonderful, sweet, generous, caring... I'm running out of adjectives for this young lady.
thank you for doing this for them
You see where that person really tried. Putting her things in bags, stuffing the dishes in the dishwasher, and clothes half done. The mess makes being home feel depressing, which just makes it harder to clean because there's so much to do and you have to deal with the thought that it's gotten to that point. You're amazing to do this for her, I'd probably cry.
Yes, true! I know it from my own depression.
I've found that doing one small thing is key. If it's picking up some trash, great. Washing a few dishes, fantastic. Putting some clothes in the wash, dusting one shelf... Start with whatever is in front of you and start small. Just one thing at a time, and appreciate that you got that done. You don't need to do everything in one go. Just one thing :)
A part of me is always hoping for some kind of revelation and reaction after you are done but I am actually really glad that you don’t show the people you are helping. I am sure that many of them wouldn’t have reached out to you otherwise. You don’t exploit them for some eye watering scene at the end, there is no public embarrassment connected to your visit. It looks like you’re genuinely helping them with no downsides and I believe that’s something rare.
Exactly, I think the same
That is so true... although ppl would love a reaction usually anxiety comes with depression and I couldn't imagine asking someone to be so vulnerable on camera.
You're right ! I completely agree with you !
Very rare indeed....many people pitch in to help for the image it gives them in others eyes. This lady here shows that it's unnecessary to do this...bc I view her as a hero without seeing the entire picture.
Voceis duas são maravilhosas,,,,ajudando o próximo sem pedir nada em troca, sem julgalos,o sorriso de voceis e contagiante, quando você estrala os dedos pro antes e o depois e maravilhoso de ver, satisfatorio
My friend moved house at the weekend and I went round to help her clean the new place as it was filthy. She gave me nice smelling antibacterial spray and a sponge to do the bathroom with and I was like ‘no way, that’s just to keep something clean, not to start with’ I pulled out the bicarbonate soda and white vinegar and a scrub daddy plus my scraper and got to work before using toilet cleaner on the grout and floor. Once all the limescale and dirt was removed, I moved on to the nice smelling cleaning products to make it smell fresh and keep germs at bay.
I think a lot of people believe you need lots of harsh chemical to make something clean but a lot of the time products you have in you pantry are fab for cleaning with.
I love how you do this but don’t shame these people. Being depressed and living in these conditions brings so much shame and it adds to the depression so thank you for being mindful and encouraging
yessssssss, pls listen to this person.
“But I’m not afraid, the germs are afraid of me”

Videos like these make me feel less alone. My home is nearly always a huge mess and my parents get angry and frustrated because I'm not able to make it stay clean. But it seems like i'm not the only one who has a hard time doing these things
same
Me too...hate im this way, and im retired now so i have plenty of time..whats wrong w me?
@@dianewimett185 i don't think that anything is "wrong" with you but maybe you are not well mentally. I mean there is a reason why it's called depression room. But other things like ADHD can lead to rooms like that aswell. Maybe you don't have the power to clean sometimes but don't be too hard on yourself :)
That little "smile" post-it note in the kitchen... I need u in my life
I've lived with depression for 18 years and my room is in constant state of this. I do get spurts of energy to clean but can never seem to maintain it. Thank you for the inspiration! 💜
Same, I have to force myself to clean when my depression is at its worst. I feel a little better when my space is clean. The work up is the problem. My counselor told me to place things that need to be toss in a bin/ trash bag and keep other things in their designated place after I use them. Trash still accumulates but its in a bag that I can quickly toss and dishes are in a bin tote so I can quickly get and wash them, when I work up the power to do it.
I struggle with this too! One small thing that helps a little is that I try to gather accumulated glasses/dishes/garbage in the morning and take them out of my room on my way to the kitchen, so at least there’s less food yuck in my bedroom.
Thought it was just me
I struggle as well. It's like a vicious cycle. Depressed with no motivation, then clean some areas while others stay neglected, but feel good about what has been accomplished. Then the switch flips back off again and nothing gets cleaned for weeks. I'm in a cleaning mood right now (this afternoon) but am on a short break looking for inspiration to keep going
Pretty much everyone has depression
As much as I sometimes want to see people's reactions to seeing it clean, I really respect that you don't make have the people you help go on camera. You give them their privacy and their dignity.
I agree, most of us are normal and won't judge them. But there are some pieces of shit out there who would harrass them.
I watch these videos everytime I don't feel like cleaning. Instant motivation!
I just wish I could see the absolute amazement on your followers faces when they step back into their space it’s got to feel amazing for them and for you! And your helpers are so great too such a big heart I love your heart ❤️
I love how she doesnt even use a bunch of toxic chemicals, just soap and some hard work
And some oven cleaner
I've realised in life that many things just need water to clean them. I clean my windows with just water and they're just as clean as the ones that were sprayed with Ajax. The only thing I can't remove with just water and dish soap is limescale.
@@prosquatter use white vinegar

It has to be so overwhelming when you come out of a depressive state and see all the things you have to do to clean your home. I bet this was helpful beyond imaginable.
It really can be and sometimes puts you back into a depression because it gets you overwhelmed again and ashamed and makes you feel like you can’t do anything right including keeping your home clean.
@@cheyennehicks3399 exactly this. I come out, see it, try to figure out where to start, and then get overwhelmed and fall right back into the depressive state. I hate it.
@@kaitlynboggs799 yes!!!
This is one of many things I didn't know about depression. It's very painful to 'wake up' and see clearly the mess you've made (literally or figuratively), and realize that you're going to have to spend your fragile, exhausted recovery time tackling a mountain of things that need fixing.
FWIW, for anybody still going through it...it IS possible to plan around the eventuality of your next (for most of us inevitable) depression...so that it's milder and gentler, and you don't backslide so far. It takes time, and trial and error...but it can be done. I'm doing it! Not perfectly, always, but every little bit helps, you know? Figuring out your warning signs (it's dishes accumulating in the sink and backed up laundry for me), figuring out the tools that help you push through, and reminding yourself to use them. (Music! Tea! Hugs! Remembering that if you don't clear the sink it's definitely going to be 5000000x worse later, and anyway you've timed it MULTIPLE times now, so you know and can remind yourself that even though it seems impossible right now to wash a sink full of dishes it's actually only going to take you ten minutes or less, after which your life will be measurably improved, and knowing that makes it possible to get started, and getting started is the hardest part....etc.)
@@sophistre thanks so much for the tips! Not officially allowed to use the word ADD anymore but it's such a daily struggle. Her videos make me so emotional as I wish I could be like all the normal people who can work nd keep up w all the chores :c hopefully someday and as soon as possible!
This is amazing. This can be the first step towards recovery. It's easy to put away a few things on a good day, but when it's this bad you just need someone to do it for or at least with you. I know people with depression who had a carer coming to their home once a week and sometimes it was just an hour of cleaning together. It really helps.
I love how you turned your joy for helping people into something you could also capitalize and making a living from

I constantly get made fun of by my family for my "depression room".
There's a lot of guilt and shame associated with it, and everytime I try to clean and tidy up, I just can't bring myself to finish it. Before I know it, it's back to normal, or even worse.
So thank you for bringing awareness to this in such a respectful and fun way!
Definitely gave me motivation to try again! ❤️✨
First of all, please don't feel guilty. You try the best you can. Just try again when you feel strong enough.
I used to be so bad to the point I had mold growing on a ton of dishes in my room, my floor was covered, my trash was overflowing, my laundry was so full. I’ve always been a tidy person so it was an all time low for me. I would avoid anyone from being in my room because I was so ashamed and just disgusted with myself. I was also in a very unhealthy relationship at the time so I was just falling apart. What dragged me out of that was videos like this, it felt better to clean with someone, it didn’t feel as much as a chore. People who make videos like this are such amazing people, especially this women for going out of her way for free, to help people.
don't try to "finish", try to do a little everyday, and reward yourself for what you did even if it's not much.
I'm with you, it's so hard. Don't try to do it all at once, just one thing at a time. I started with one thing and soon I could do more and more. Good luck. ❤️
Highly recommend checking out a book called "unf*ck your habitat" it helped me stop marathon cleaning and crashing so much. It's all habits. Clean like 10 mins a day. If you're going to the kitchen take something with you that goes there, like a plate or cup. Little things can make a big difference. I hope you're doing better, it's a fight for sure, but it is a battle you can win!
