@ 3:06, yes the road going there before was bad and muddy that's why the Cat Cove requested the LGU and the DPWH to have it concreted to promote tourism and be able to attract more tourists in the municipality. Btw, nice blog and video!
Tuhian road was okay before but wasn't properly maintained but I believe it will be concreted soon - for tourism purposes also... so you wont have to ride on a frappe -like mud! :)
Since you love halo-halo that much here's a tip: don't use a spoon when mixing, use a fork. it cuts through the ice and mixes the sugar well with the melted ice and milk. - (Menemis Jes @ FB)
