Playing the map myself, it turns out that upon starting the map, the boots that are equipped don't give you the proper effect to prevent you from jumping. Throughout the map, what SHOULD happen is that the player shouldn't be able to jump in normal circumstances, but should still be able to jump on bouncy blocks such as slime blocks and beds.
It's not that the player is allowed to jump on slime blocks and beds. It's that the boots (not actually the boots but it's made to seem like that) work by giving the player a jump boost effect of magnitude at or above 127. At this high level, the game actually begins propelling the player *down* when they jump instead of up. That's why when you try to jump normally, nothing happens because you immediately collide with the block you're standing on. However, if you jump on a bouncy block, all that force that the game is trying to give you is actually used and it acts as though you fell from a great height, so bounces you upwards. So it is actually a bug but it's a bug that's basically become a feature now because it's kinda useful. The more you know.
Agent Lurmey now I’m not trying to say you’re wrong (honestly because I have no idea) but if the game thinks you fell from a great height when jumping on slime blocks and beds then shouldn’t it also kill you when you land on normal blocks?
@@poocrafter2 he does miss a lot of extremely obvious stuff like how golden pressure plates disappear once they are collected which if he noticed means that he wouldn't have had to cheat. and basic Minecraft knowledge that you can crouch on vines.
thats exactly what i was thinking, there was no eye of ender in the first dispensary he checked. so it had to be a converter from nether star to eye of ender.

In the nether level, as of 1.14, you can crouch to get through 1 and a half block paths, instead of only 2 block paths. So you should have been able to crouch and get into the lava

You were supposed to put a nether star in the dispencer next to the arrow block that was indicating what you needed to do, not the direction to start with. On the final level you were supposed to make a cake with the stuff in the chest, eggs and wheat that you grew and then put that into the chest next to the arrow block near the start to get a ladder to climb up to the last pillar. The arrow blocks basically seem to indicate a trade, if you put in the item on the left you get the one on the right back.

Why go straight from the stairs to the fence when you could go up an extra flight of stairs, fall onto a bookshelf, walk across it, and _then_ get on the fence
In the nether map you had to open a chest that was hidden under the lava where it was flowing towards the stairs, that would have made a bridge appear and also remove the fence that was blocking you
Rewatched this two years later. Jardoon says "I've never ridden the ender dragon before!" Makes me happy that mojang added the one block at a time snapshot where he can (and did) actually ride the ender dragon!

Ok, so I've played a newer version of the map myself. I think I got a better time than Jardon, but I want to say that sticking your hand into the lava at the bottom of the stairs in the nether level opens a path across. Also, he did the last tower wrong in the End. It was a great map though Yolwoocle. I enjoyed playing it
Pretty sure that "jump" from pilar 4 to pilar 5 was cheese, you had to create a cake with the milk and wheat and stuff, to get a ladder and get up that way, also you knew that the cake would go to a ladder, but on the end portal level you couldn't figure out that the nether stars would go into an eye of ender, smh, well great video, have a great day :)

Ok, so I've played a newer version of the map myself. I think I got a better time than Jardon, but I want to say that sticking your hand into the lava at the bottom of the stairs in the nether level opens a path across. Also, he did the last tower wrong in the End. It was a great map though Yolwoocle. I enjoyed playing it
