- Net Cafes (Internet Cafes) in Japan
Net cafe is short for Internet cafe and describes a place that offers all sorts of services centered around the internet and general connectivity. These kinds of cafes can be found mainly but not only in big cities. People visit net cafes for using a computer, charging their cell phone, or even when just wanting to take a rest. In recent years, manga cafes - places that offer a massive variety of comics and magazines to their guests - have also been referred to as net cafes. These manga cafes are known to offer a free drink along with their entry fee. Lately, more and more net cafes are equipped with private rooms as well.

i really want go in this place, amazing
I want these in every village and city where i live.
Sadly there ARENT any where i am.
I feel i could meet a lot of interesting people in one of these places.
In most countries these places would all end up gross and shady.
Good concept. There should be early booking system for international business travelers.
Indeed, that could ease many things. But actually, there are always rooms available even if you come last minute.
very nice vid Sammy, like this

Thank you!
awesome vid! i wanna goooo
Thank you for watching our movie. If you have a chnace, try it! You wold like it(^・^)
The world is falling apart. This is the way everyone will live, everywhere
If that`s the way we have to live after an apocalypse, I actually can`t wait for it. lol
In Germany impossible: A café like that would have to charge a great bail fee because of many rude and disruptive people ...
What address should I provide if I'm homeless and want to live in the internet café? The address of the internet café?
★ Copypasterino Kripperino ★ u can pay admission
Futaba@cafe, Department Store, 5th floor, Box number 40, (Postal Code), (City), Japan
Intersting question.
best to email the cafe and ask if they accept mail for people.
Z
Now that look like "Hotel Cafe" xD
Cool video. How much were the rates when staying there?
At 1:21 minutes, you can see the rates for staying. First of all, you can choose between three different types of chairs (open, flat, double net). After that, you choose the length of your stay. For example, you can stay for one day, at a room with a flat, reclining chair for 3800 yen or if you like it more luxurious, you can stay at a double net chair equipped room for 6700 yen for one day.
Great video! looking at staying in the Hiroshima one sometime in the summer for a quick visit.
Quick question though. If there are 2 people in the Twin room, do you pay per person or is the price for just the room? We understand that you pay the admission per person but what about the main cost of the twin room itself?
Thanks.
In Japan, you pay basically per person, not per room. About the room costs, I can`t say anything because they vary from day to day and from place to place.
Well I know where I'm gonna be living when I move to japan
ALL HAIL LELOUCH
I do want to try this. I'm going in November and will spend a night in one of these manga cafes. My only question is in regards to staying the night. I get that it needs to be quiet around cubicles, but I'm a loud snorer. Not sure if this would be a problem.
As long as you spend just one night it should be no problem I guess. No guarantee though
I stayed for four nights on one of these. You'd be surprised with how loud other renters can be. They'd actidentally kick on walls. Laugh very loudly. Snore loudly. And many who rent these are inebriated office workers who are too drunk to go home. But most of the time, they're ok.
fix your snoring, dont be selfish
Woaaaah !! Internet cafe in japan is great ! You'll own the pc for a day ! that is great.
Yep, and the place offers a lot of services too.
Feel Fukuoka Japan what are the costs :o
Look at 1:19min. The prices are explained ^.^
Thinking of coming Saturday - do you need to book in advance to stay night?
And does the flat seat actually go flat? It doesn't look flat in the photo but I can only sleep horizontal :(
Thank you for your comment. Actually, you can't book in advance. Especially on weekends, it can happen that no free seats are available. About the flat seat, it goes flat (horizontal).
So sleeping should be no problem.
Japan is so fucking cool
日本はすごくクールだ
GREETINGS FROM PHILIPPINES
Thank you for watching and for your comment.
Greetings from Japan ^.^
The girl at reception was pretty cute
Can I ask you what camera Do you use? Thanks (Like)
We use a CANON 6D. Thanks for the like ^.^
you can live there permanently and eat their free icecream and soda for food and water.
haha i went to this place for a quickie lol
How was it? ^.^
Hahaha
Shinichi Kudo lul
Reading manga is free but japanese only so how about prepare for English virsion corner at least.
This is suggestion to these shops. Many forign travelors will probably happy I guess.
But the cubicles' can't be locked, right?
They can be locked.
Thanks for the reply man. With showers, it looks like a pretty good budget alternative to hotels!
They really are an alternative. Fast internet, shower, food, and drink corner plus lots of manga (if you are into sth like this). The only thing you have to keep in mind is, that you don't have a bed, only your chair to rest.
the cubicle with the chairs inside a private room how can you lay down on it :O and the other ones are for short time duration using maybe for research or gaming lol
The real question is are the computers for gaming or just normal use, and if you can game can they handle hardcore games like COD and so on?
It depends on the room.
I like that
Thank you for watching
cool
Thank you for watching our vid. What do you think about Japanese Internet Cafes?
Why don't america or other large countries have these internet cafes
Good question.
Most of America only cares about online gaming now days. It's more convenient to just play at home for most people. I sometimes wish these were a thing here though, there's a lot of people in our country who don't have high spec computer, gaming set up or anything like that for that matter. These look really unique and like a good place to escape reality when you need too.
Its hard to sleep here guess mo jo.... plsss...
the shower is NOT big
For Japanese standards, it is lol
Are you a japanese citizen?
How unsafe is it in these places?
It`s pretty safe there. The place has its own security plus, it`s near the city center.
Feel Fukuoka Japan wonder if they speak English at receptions desk... 😬
Yes they do. But you shouldn`t expect business level English though.
Looks like a modern day prison 2 me to each his own
If this was in the US, they'd be idiots blasting rap music, laughing loudly, and talking loudly into their phones.
Just as same as my Vietnam.
5:22 cute girl
Good eyes
Ikr
How much did they pay for 1hour?
Dead Stalker128 About 380 yen but idk hehe.
Could yu sent me the address.?
نغ نغ خصنا نزورو اليابان نشوفو كيدايرة القضية تما ,

What have Taiwanese internet cafes to offer?
Feel Fukuoka Japan free happy ending massage
Hahaha

Hey can I do some gaming on the computers
Yep, you can
Feel Fukuoka Japan yay
I guess, we'll see you soon around ^.^
Feel Fukuoka Japan :)
Freaking Joe Rogan am I right?
how much ?!
for a week ?
Depending on the seat type you choose, between ¥22800 - ¥40700.
Cheaper than any western hotel
but it's so lonely , what makes internet cafes cool is the company of other players
There are several reasons for going to an internet cafe. One is, that some people just want go to a place, where they can be alone for some hours.
Nice, but you failed to mention the porn! 😃😎👍
No need to mention it. Everyone knows already lol
OMG u shoes.... are u blind man?
name of the cute girl captain 👍
Unavailable mate
The video is cool, but this guy is really cringy.
kottiwa? You can't even speak Japanese, dude.
He is saying "kia ora" at the beginning lol
Kia ora is a Māori language greeting which has entered New Zealand English.
It means, literally, have life be well/healthy and is translated as an informal "hi" or "hello"
