I have the original Maruzen one from early 2000s, with the cardboard colored box with graphics. Same serial so think they all came with that serial. Mine came with the silencer, and at the time an aftermarket metal slide was available for it so I got that as well. Need to replace air seals though because gas leaks. No biggie though since its really a movie showpiece for my home theater nerdness. Love this gun
I have that collection plus a Maruzen ppk, nice taste! I put an alloy slide on my P99, 3 years ago. Also a glock return spring. It shoots 320 on green gas and still works perfectly after many skirmishes. Have fun getting spare mags tho.
As an owner of an actual gen 1 (AB letter code, 2001 with OD lower) I can say this is very accurate. Great pistol and single action trigger reset. Oddly enough, the external metal parts (decocker, tabs, mag release) are actually plastic on the actual firearm. Sadly, a bill (C21) was just proposed in Canadian parliament that will make all airsoft illegal. Only a matter of time before they take my pistol too... Edit: Ha ha ok taking it out for a look, those parts are metal too on the real steel
WE produced a metal slide P99, i found it to be pretty accurate and roughly the same fps, it also has 001007 stamped on the ejection port. No trades for obvious reasons, the only drawback.
I love this gun from all the James Bond games I played on my Wii as a kid. As for the tracer unit, I would love to equip it on my FN Herstal FNX-45. It has a super weird thread so I'd have to find a way for that, but it would look sick!

I have a P90 AEG and a TM MP7 GBBR for nighttime use and even though I already have a tracer, it's old and not very bright back from the days when AAAs were used as power source, so I could use a Predator MKII.

I would put it on my gc predator hunter green, but I have a feeling it’d look much nicer on my secutor gladius 17 black and gold with the gold tip removed so it’s an all black pistol with tracer and golden barrel looking slick.
I would put that Acetech Brighter C on the Umarex/VFC MP7a1 gen2, that would keep it nice and light to use it as a sidearm for my sniper loadout. I'll definitely be upgrading my AGM Sten for that very nice Northeast early Mk2 btw!
I'd put the tracer unit on my M4 (first gun that isn't a rental) or for a pistol I would swap it back and forth occasionally between a Hi Capa or a G17
I would love to use those tracer units on my KWA Kz.61 Skorpion, because sometimes aiming down sights with that beast is a bit brutal in low light while getting behind the stock.
Hi Mike. Very nice video as always. :-D But You have missed ONE safety feature on the trigger. If you press in on the takedown taps from the right side too left, you can safetylock the trigger. I have one myself. ;-)

I would screw that tracer on my brand new G&G Knights Armament SR30. Switched the internals on that thing, but I got nothing for the look. It would sit perfectly on the muzzleflashhider the SR30 came with. Wish you all best luck!

Definitely would use my predator mkii on an ak, the full metal would look like a great suppressor and the brighter c on my aap-01, as well as my m4 that has a handguard longer than the barrel

There’s an alloy slide available for the maruzen, but it’s seriously difficult to fit. Also needs a stronger recoil spring.

That Acetech tracer lighter C will be used on my Umarex G17 gen4 co2 replica while using a SAS front kit to be able to add the tracerunit.
