Simple and beautiful
As beautiful and sunny as the Philippines is, why aren't architects/builders promoting solar power and water catchments, sun and rain is a guarantee. In Bermuda, a building plan cannot be approved without water catchment, this is the foundation of your build and that water caught from your roof is filtered and used for everything but drinking. I think this idea would make homes more efficient, beautiful designed simple 🏡 nice job👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿. I would also make some minor changes, full flow living area by moving the CR to between bedrooms, kitchen to space used for the CR. One would enter from front patio with a full flow of the common area, Sala, dining area, kitchen, all on left side. On the right side, I'd do bedroom, CR, bedroom,an easy flow. Love your concept, and the building cost for some ex-pats would be attainable.
water filtration is not as cheap as you think.

Installing water catchment in every home will also lessen flooding problem
Great idea for the water catchments. Instead of paying city water or gas to pump water.
