Both have some hax with Cynder having Atomic level destruction attacks and petrification/healing with Ather, along with becoming intangible with her shadow powers and fear inducement with her fear breath, and Marceline’s has Soul Sucking abilities and vampire regenerative abilities. It’s basically gonna come down to who can land their hax first.

Marceline definitely has arguments for higher AP and maybe speed, but she does have ways of winning. Her Aether breath would be able to kill Marceline and she also has the fear element, meaning with a scream she can petrify Marceline with fear

Hoo boy, this is a tough one, especially when we try and wrap our heads around scaling in Adventure Time. But from what we do know: Marceline is stronger than Finn and Jake. We've seen this firsthand. You COULD try and scale her to Finn, but there's so much red tape and unproven opinions when it comes to how strong he is that it's hard to separate fact from fiction, so let's just skip scaling her to Finn. Another option would be her Dad, but feats from that area were pretty much debunked as non canon thanks to Fiona and Cake. Honestly, I'd have to give this one to Cinder since we don't have any definite base to scale Marcy off of since most feats are purely fan made opinions from AT fans(Hence my earlier statement about Finn).
