It now comes with the loncin 6 speed engine with 17hp and that will do 70mph maybe 75. It’s been available with the loncin in Taiwan awhile now but still haven’t seen the loncin engine version show up in the states. 1800usd here with the 6 speed loncin
Registered it with no problems in like 30 min. People are still unknowledgeable on these bikes. But I know a few that registration was easy in multiple states.
@@sp9057 got ours a Q9 and my girlfriend was worried and I convinced her and it was fine. You can also go the vermont route and it's is another way people do.
Bro I know this video is old but I hope you answer my question lol Okay so I’m buying a Magician in about 6mos give or take, more than likely in the spring. I’m having a LOT of trouble finding tires for it bc I’m sure with this being an incredibly cheap bike, the tires will have to be replaced after I ride it awhile. Have you found any online anywhere?? Thanks in advance ✌🏻
Ya shinko has some that others have used to replace them. Join the group hawk 250 owners on FB and they have a lot of info on the Chinese bikes for parts.
I just bought one put it together runs and rides just fine but I can't figure out why none of my lights work don't know if I'm supposed to connect something or what
The stock cluster on my hawk did not have a gear indicator but the aftermarket digital cluster that I paid $90 for came with a gear indicator and everything else.
Depends if you are doing more street or more off-road. Street then magician and off-road the hawk. even though both of them do good on both I prefer the weight and the size of the hawk off-road plus the nobby tires. Plus I like the hawk being a little bit bigger because I'm just over 6 ft tall.
Yes. I have a friend that rode the hawk which is the same motor and other parts and he did a 8000 mile trip from Georgia to the west coast and then back.
@@HARTLINE310 can you order the same tires for the hawk that is on the magician? Also I was looking 8n to that survival motoped thing. 5 grand no way in hell. Ether one of your bikes could be modified and dressed up for a travel/survival bike
Is your hawk carburetor or efi? And what's your sprockets? Haven't checked top speed yet but have got it to 55 mph with traffic. And still had throttle.
I like your bluntness and straight to the point no BS approach! Subscribed!
Ty. I always feel there is no misinterpretation that way
Thanks for this video, I couldn't get my Magician started and it was the kick stand killswitch.👍
Glad I could help man.

Nice. Thank you for the info. I definitely have to look into that.

Hi did you have to replace anything or using the stock parts? Hawk needs sprocket changed as far I know from FB groups.
@@ryzesupremus611 the only upgrade I have done to the magician is I jetted it for my altitude. And changed the oil. Stock on everything so far.

You need to connect the wires behind the headlight
Is it possible to put a digital odometer like on the hawk DLX?
Ya you can
also does the hawk have a gear indicator too or just the magician?
The stock cluster on my hawk did not have a gear indicator but the aftermarket digital cluster that I paid $90 for came with a gear indicator and everything else.
