- Stress is a program that runs based on the Fight or Flight response. Once reserved only for times of grave danger such as running from a tiger or fighting a warrior from another tribe. Today this Stress response system is stuck on the ON position with a constant fight or flight from the mass stimulation in society.
Your heart pounds, cortisol is released, your breathing quickens and your forehead begins to sweat. Stress has become the number one reason for major illness accounting for upwards of 80% of illnesses in the USA today.
Often people believe stress, the outside circumstance is the cause of these unhealthy responses- however the true creation of stress is not outside, but inside the mind of the perceiver.

I only found your video in 2020. After I listened to your explanations. It make sense. I shall give this a try.
What happened to me: as soon as we did the breath-in/breath out and put both arms sideway and relaxed while breathing I suddenly started out crying. Im never the cry person that you meet but I felt all the stress was released when I felt breathing thru my diaphragm. I never felt so good after I cried it all and realized I was much that stressed. This video is true and very effective.
