you should check out worm. theres a character who can do anything biolagical to someone and is only limited by the fear of what she could do and the fact her power doesnt work on her. its also got a bunch of fanfcs that give the mc a power set from other settings as worm has suprisingly in depth power system and seeing charecters deal with powers that just dont follow the settings rules is always fun as it doesnt always have to be mary sue powers as theres pletny of owerful people in the setting and the mc is based around using a "weak" power smartly to become an absolute terror.
I'll vouch for the Worm recommendations. Worm is a Grim Dark stroy with absolutely astounding world building in a self contained superhero setting nearly as large as some comic settings. The crazy part is how many obscenely talented writers made fan fiction for it at a level which honestly should have been their own published stories.

For part 3, I'll just say, the desk is important. It's amazing how a few words can hint-in everything that's happened between the origin to the present and explain all the characters' motivations.
I think we have two POVs going on here. The Guy with the cube, which seems to lack data. The Girl in the Mansion, which might NOT be the cube with the guy but a different character. It might even be happening at the same time. the last scene: The Guy could also just be speechless from the cutesy behavior of the Cube
Intrnecion Cube parts 2 and 3, are hands down, my favorite thing Liam made in terms of writing, pacing and overall atmosphere. It's great to see people reacting to it.

Her classmates faces, every face, except for Max's.

OMG I know what's going on. It might be early for a theory connecting shows. But I think that the robots in Murder Drones are these symbiotic cube robots. Think about it, this would make since with how similar to humans the robots in Murder Drones were. In Murder Drones the robots, could think for themselves and didn't just blindly fallow what they were programmed to do, they had emotions, and they seemed to age. All things robots shouldn't be able to do but are normal for humans. But I will admit there are also a lot of holes in this theory too. This was just a thought.

A different channel holds that which you seek, an older channel, long dead, but it still holds the records. "Scary Story Time With Liam" is its name, or SSTWL for the sake of brevity. Once there you may be somewhat overwhelmed by the shear quantity of content and wonder where to begin. Anywhere will do really, But I recommend starting with Design, or Black Dogs. Just be warned, save Puppet Game until after you have finished all of the other multi part series, as it is a bit (sarcasm) of a crossover between his other series. Use this knowledge wisely. (Please use this Knowledge, although be warned, Liam Vickers himself calls a lot of it "overly edgy ".) (Liam Vickers is criminally underrated as is, and I would love to see you explore the journey he took to get to this level of writing.)
I don't know if you already know about it, but Elfin Lied, an amazing (and gory) anime was more than likely an inspiration for some of Liam Vicker's characters, being cute adorable girls that can massacre an entire town before you knew what happened. But even if it wasn't what inspired Internecion Cube, it's still in the same vein. I'd definitely love to see your reaction to it if you haven't already.

14:12 something I'm not sure many reactors at least made a connection about for either this or murder drones mansion flash backs was that the faces in here or the odd silhouette humans in murder drones is that nothing is wrong with either people, these are memories and said memories are wrongish or corrupted making it that details are missing, here we have very direct confirmation of that though in murder drones i believe it's because of the program trying to delete their memories of it. In the end it's something a lot simpler than people being secret murder ai or shadow monsters
