That’s frank warrens m o , builds his fighters rep against journeymen and get title shots on the back of it and hope they can wing it on the night . I always look at Dubois fights but the standard of opponents never improves and it would be a shame to see him waste his career continually fighting people who look like they didn’t know they were there to box and not get tested by someone who’s going to fight back .

Helena Anson Dubois is incredibly talented but needs to fight better fighters. Look at who AJ was fighting after 14 fights. I really want to see Dubois succeed but if he wants to become a world champ he needs to learn to dig deep in the ring
they're destroying whatever potential he has by feeding him subpar fighters. At least put him in there with a good midcard fighter, maybe someone like Carlos Takam.

Frank needs to step Daniel punching 6ft bags of spuds with eyeballs around the ring won't enhance his career. Daniel has excellent potential but needs fast tracking, the Joyce fight should tell us more in time

I know he's building a resume, but I'm really interested to see how Dubois stacks up against a fighter of beyond journeyman calibre. He's a big boy, hits hard, pretty fast hands and throws decent combinations, but I don't think he's really been tested by anyone so far. Legitimately, Kevin Johnson went the distance and he didn't throw more than half a dozen jabs at Dubois each round.
Honestly, it's going to be great to watch Dubois fight someone with actual teeth, 'cause it'll be interesting to see just how much heart this young fella has got.

Great effort from Sneiders - was picked up from the car park 30 mins before the fight by the looks of it.
I am close to 70 and have been watching boxing, either live or on tv, for the most part of those years. I have never, in that time, seen such a pathetic match-up in the cause of the 'show must go on'. Boxing is in a poor enough state as it is in terms of there being far too many champions per weight and 'fights' like these simply take it further into the mire.

Joyce has won an olympic silver medal and fought guys like Jennings, Stiverne and Usyk.
Dubois never went to the olympics and has fought Fujimoto and went the distance with Kevin Johnson. Dubois fighting Joyce next is very *risky* especially if he can't hurt Joyce and the fight goes past 6, for all we know his gas tank might not be great and his chin might not be solid either. Joyce has a great engine and a solid chin.
If it were possible to worsen your reputation by comprehensively winning a fight, Dubois just achieved it.

To improve Daniel and move him up I would suggest hanging a heavy bag in the middle of the ring in the hopes it may swing and hit him. Alternatively try putting him in the ring with heavyweight boxers instead of blown up middleweight taxi drivers.

I can't see how Joe Joyce can beat DDD, he's a really static fighter, jab cross jab cross jab cross all day and there's very little head movement combined with robotic footwork. I think Daniel comes in and knocks him out with an overhand right in the 4th round.
