This is a great and thorough video. I really appreciate seeing this and am glad you did a removal video as well. I am going to replace mine which got damaged in Feb and this is by far the best video that I have seen explaining how to do this.
Thanks buddy! I am really glad that you enjoyed this video and that you found it helpful! Hopefully it will make the job replacing yours much easier and if you have any questions feel free to hit me up! Thanks for the support buddy!
@@MeanBee392 Thank you so much! I really appreciate that. Oh your video definitely will help. I already looked on my car at what you pointed out in the video in order to prepare myself. Thank you so much again. Look forward to seeing your future videos.

Great video man. I might just need to put this in one of my play lists😉. Patience is key with these types of things. Sometimes I can try and rush things too much. Thanks again for all the kind words brother I really appreciate it and it means a ton to me! There is a little teaser in this video did you see it?
Hey buddy, great video as always. I love the lights you put in, looks great. You need to have a TV channel, lol, by far the best instructional videos by far. Thanks for your time and video. It’s a good thing you don’t live near me, I would have you help me with the Warlock when I get ready to take it apart, haha . Take care my friend!
Thanks so much buddy! Thanks they have turned out awesome! Lol I would be happy with a TV channel but at least I have my UA-cam channel! Lol if I did live closer I would definitely help you take it apart! Sounds great and I will you also take care and have a great week!
Thanks and glad you enjoyed it! That’s a very good idea! Those blankets are very thick and would help protect the bumper from any damage and like you mentioned you could use it for a lot of other work. Thanks for suggesting that.
So I got a new grill because I wanted the standard Scat Pack chrome trim rings versus the black out versions that came on my T/A. I was stoked to do this removal/install with your very clear instructions, but I'm just now realizing I'm probably screwed because the previous owner did an aftermarket lowering on the car and I doubt there's enough clearance in the wheel well to get in there and open the cover up to get at the bolts from the back. I'm guessing this might have to be done on a lift for me. I shudder to think how much the dealer will charge to do this swapout for me. A lot of potential expense just for some trim rings. I wonder if there's really no way to get in behind them from the front and push those pressure clips to get the trim rings off without pulling the whole assembly like you've done.
THEUrinalCake Thank you very much for the kind words! With the car being lowered I think you would still be able to get in there but if you can’t personally I would pull the front wheels and then you would have plenty of room. You could always pull one wheel at a time and do one side then put the wheel back on and then do the other side. I know I wouldn’t even want to see what the dealer would charge to do this so hopefully this helps you and will be able to help you do the job your self and save some money! I don’t think there’s anyway to get them out without removing the front bumper unfortunately. Let me know if this helps and if you are able to do it?
Great video I’m about to put the SRT splitter on my car and your two videos for removal and install were perfect and thanks for including the Dorman item number.
Hey, that’s a nice video man question ?where would I be able to find the front bumper the same color for my vehicle? I got a 2022 Dodge Challenger SXT frost blue I’m thinking of going through my insurance but if I can just get the product myself heck, I rather do that.
Thanks! That's the hard part is finding one that is the same color and the only advice I have is checking salvage yards. I don't blame you and I would rather do it myself as well.
Just finished mine today because I had to replace a part due to a tug of war with a parking stump and i lost. this saved my ass. One question though, I noticed that the nuts in the fenders were hand tightened, that sort of worried me a bit. I tightened them a little more than they were when I took them off. Hope that isnt an issue
NICE! O man that a bummer and those parking blocks are not nice to our cars at all! That is so awesome to hear that this video was helpful for you and hopefully it saved you some money as well! Nope that wont hurt them at all just don't go to tight because they are secured in by a plastic backing and if they get to tight they can pull out of that but if that happened you would of noticed. Glad to hear you got your car fixed and up and going! Thanks for watching and commenting! 🐝
Cristian Balbuena Thank you! NICE that's awesome I would love to put a Procharger on my car! You can get them at any auto parts store they don't have to be the same brand that I am using just as long as it's a 1/4 push pin and you will need six of them.
Hey man! I was curious...what’s the piece that connects the top of the front bumper to the support bracket? It’s the piece that you first layer on top to set it
Love the lights bro! Looking forward to seeing more on those. But with the bumper - the Chally's seem to be a little easier than the chargers when it comes to bumper removal. I haven't done it on mine, but I've watched a couple videos on the chargers. Or maybe you just make it look easier????
CTCharger Thanks brother and thanks you for watching to the end! I have not done it on a Charger but it should be the same concept and really not that hard to do. The first time doing something like that it will be a bit nerve racking but if you just take your time it will not be bad. I have done mine a few times now and I can get it off the car in ten minutes and put it back on in a bit less than ten minutes hahaha!
Personally I wouldn't just because there is a lot mo fasteners holding the bumper on. Could you use an oversized washer to grab a bit of the metal and tighten it down?
SubZeroR/T Yes I would say it would be easier but it would be possible doing it with the bumper on the car also just as long as you can get enough room under the car safely to work on it. I do have a removal video that would be very helpful if you do remove the bumper. Thanks and thanks for the support!
So where he sat the bumper up front to rest it. Do u know what those 2 plastic pieces are called and what hardware those use to mount to the car. Like push pins or?
