What is Tower Defense Simulator?
Tower Defense Simulator is a game made by Paradoxum Games created on the 5th of June 2019 and officially released on the 14th of June 2019. It involves players teaming up with one another to fighting waves of different enemies until they either are overrun or triumph that particular map.

I do both in badlands and i also use sledger for speedy enemies.
The difference is accelerator unleashes a large ammount of damage on one target while engi acts like a minigunner without HD on the main gun but has explosives
i think the bad stuff about accel are his little delay before charging up and the cooldown after burst

the advantage of accel is that it is for the final boss
Its disadvantage is that in a large horde of enemies it is impossible for it to do much damage.
The advantage of the engineer is that you can use it for defense and it is useful for large herds.
Disadvantage is that it is somewhat expensive to level up, it is also a bit nerfed and it is not as useful for final bosses such as the fallen king.
In my opinion, both are good, both have their disadvantages, but that is the discretion of each one.

Engineer does more damage and is more reliable agaisnt crowds and flying enemies. However accel is better at killing bosses and dealing with hiddens.

No accek has more dps whit both commander, and if accel doesnt have charge up and u count only when it huts it has 500 dps so way more that engi

I think both do a very well job of handling enemies, but if you take into account that accel can detect hidden at lvl 0 and overall deals with them much better than engineers do, as well as the fact that you can place 8 accels while you can only place 6 engineers, accel is better.
dps wise, both do well, and engineer's is better, but since its sentries don't get buffed by commander it does not perform as well.
Although engineer does handle the early game better than accel does, accel overall is just better for the meta game and is used more for speedruns.
ALSO, accel is 2,500 gems while engineer is 4,500 meaning it is easier to get than engineer.
Taking all of these into account, accel is the clear winner.

Yeah to get eng, its either u waste ur life playing tds nonstop or use ur mom credit card.
Why doesn’t engineer cost 2500 gems? Engineer and Accelerator are practically equals at this point. accelerator does better against singular enemies, engineer is good for crowd control. Engineer has partial stun immunity, accelerator does the most dps for any tower in the game. Immunities aren’t a problem for engineer. Accelerator shreds the enemies it can kill.

The problem with this is that engi isn’t just a late game tower, also your acting like every good trait engi has doesn’t matter when accel has other good traits, just use both and stop acting like one is better just because you don’t have the other one.

it's actually quite easy just get 4 lvl 2 farm and then save until you have enough

Engi need buff, sentry need flying and hidden detection and we need the 4 sentry back
It doesnt need flying detection on the sentries since it can shred them pretty easily without the sentires it just needs a sentry dps buff or more sentries

I highly recomend buy accel first rather than engineer beacuse engineer is mad expensive while accel is quite cheap and op
neither is better than the other the accel is better for targets with a lot of health (basically it is made to attack one) while the engineer is made to attack many targets so both have their function neither is better than the other

i am trying a solo polluted, started with engi and i made it to wave 29, only died cause i did a mistake, but ye it oblirated the boss in wave 22 and i tested with accel near max lv and commander with a few units helping the accel. No where close to kill the boss

Against boss accel is the best but for waves engi is better is so in short: use both
it depends on the boss hp, higher the hp the boss has, more the engi does better since accel has a damage cap before doing nothing for 4 seconds, and of course during thoses 4 seconds engi does damage

Yeah engi is more expensive but the sentries don’t get stunned and engi has way better targeting and has flying detection for pizza and hardcore. It does better against late-game breakers too.

When is early, mid, & late game?
I consider mid game to start at wave 16, because if you were defending for early game, you would never be able to handle breakers and bad RNG (this is from playing with randoms).
As for late game, it’s different between game modes:
Fallen’s late game definitely starts at wave 30. While wave 28’s 2 giant bosses & 2 shadow bosses are tough, the tank can absolutely steamroll through bad defenses.
As for molten’s late game, it starts at wave 32. The health difference between the slow and speedy boss is a mere 200 hp. That is nothing compared to Thanos Breakers and Mystery Bosses that will end runs with only starter towers.
And for normal mode, it’s before the speedy boss’s debut (I was legit terrified of the 3 slow bosses the first time I tried).
Also, while fallen does seem to be divided into 3 sections, it can be argued that there’s a fourth section: STUN ABUSE. This section starts on wave 35 and it can be devastating if the towers aren’t that powerful and there’s no counter used.
ACCEL SOLOS. Hands down.

i see engineer like that tower that has a small portion of everything, is an amazing tower for early game, it is very cost efficient for me, i can farm all my way to wave 19 in fallen mode using engineer as my early tower, and also she is very very good at late game considering the fact that she is not even a main dps tower
accelerator on the other side can receive 100% of any buff, firerate, range, and it will be actually usefull with 443 dps using supports, also accelerator has a LOT of range with the rework, getting to 30 range with DJ buff, boss annihilator, it has a deadly dps buuut it is actually stunnable and no flying detection, it is a late game specialized tower because of its high costs :)
In my personal opinion, they cant be compared, they're amazing on their own ways, you can have 2 high DPS tower thanks to engi because she works pretty fine for early game and does another good job on late game so engineer is never a wasted tower slot, and accelerator is that main dps tower everyone knows
