Dhanaulti Uttarakhand - A Beautiful Hill Station Near Rishikesh, It was a half day Trip to Dhanaulti Via Dhaulagiri. It was the season's first snowfall in Dhanaulti Uttarakhand and we enjoyed it a lot. It is advisable that please do not go there on a 2-wheel drive vehicle because they do not perform well over snow and it is actually risky.
Dhanaulti is a hill station situated in the foothills of the Garhwal Himalayan range located 115 km from New Tehri, the district headquarter, 60 km from the hill station of Mussoorie. Dhanaulti is a tehsil in Tehri Garhwal district, Uttarakhand, India.
Idyllically situated on the Mussoorie-Chamba road, the hill station of Dhanaulti is a perfect place for planning a weekend getaway.
Dhanaulti is located in the proximity of the popular hill stations of Uttarakhand such as Mussoorie, Tehri, Kanatal, and Chamba. This hilly town is enveloped by the velvety rhododendrons, deodar, and tall oak forests.
