Once Human - how to get universal mods

Thanks for the info. I've been playing a while, but am only now getting acquainted on how to properly use mods.

Oh man, a while back when i started last season (currently in my second server now and its about to end too), i fucking disassembled those blue uni mods. I actually didn't notice they were universal mods, i was only gunning for purps and gold.
