You could make yourself a werewolf by visiting Greg. Werewolves and vampires hate each other and I find that the werewolves will often win fights against vampires. They also have a devour ability so you can eat pretty much the entire house. Fire is a painful way to destroy things and stealing has a 4-6 hour cooldown per item. I know Vlad is dead, but he will be showing up in ghost form if you keep his urn around and don't release his spirit.

Do. Not. Press. Kill.
