Builder of Cabin in Landgraaburg :3 Thanks for looking at my build and having the build challenge. Wanted to add to the lore that landgraabs be owning so much land and be naming it after themselves. Which for me makes it more hilarious that they cut off your power soon after you moved in. x3 Also in all my other builds, I always have a back door. The balcony and some landscape was a must for me so I was like "hmmm, what are the odds that one entrance will cause problems? Yea it will be fine." So glad I was proven wrong :D Merry Christmas Everyone!

As someone with 4 under 5, I can tell you a lot of cribs convert to toddler beds just like you can do in the sims, but toddler beds are kind of a rip off and it’s better to just go from crib to the floor with whatever size mattress you want them to have during their childhood.

Lmao, I loved the Santa skit and all the references to the early episodes of your Let’s Play 😅 I guess you did kinda traumatize poor Father Winter that time, but let’s not forget that he’s the one who was kissing Candy right there in your house! 😂 All the funny stuff about the taxes and the Landgraabs had me cracking up too. It was funny that they finally caught up to you though! These builds were awesome, I’m gonna have to grab some for my game! Thanks for the fun tour!

Thank you so much for touring my build Thor! I'm the one who built the restaurant in Mt. Komorebi and let's just say it took like a week, but I broke it down into sections so I wouldn't get too overwhelmed with the scale. It's fully functional but as you said sometimes sims will be sims when it comes to the gameplay lol. (Also you can click on a specific table at a restaurant to request it if you want to sit at a specific one. Requesting it at the host station will be quite random.) You guys are all so creative it's really inspiring to watch! Take care and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! 🎄

Generation 4 of my legacy and so far there has been no naked cooking in the kitchen. I made that lot so extended family could celebrate winterfest and I've yet to have anyone in the family so annoying that they have "accidentally" gone without clothes in the winter. (I random roll traits, not saying it won't happen😶) You can run into sharks in Sulani but it's fairly rare.

Builder of Home for the Holidays here! One of the lot traits that I added was Cat Hangout, which is why there are the cats hanging around 😂Mayor Whiskers though, he's an amazing addition and I couldn't have asked for a better cat to show up! The teen's room was for that teen that always says BAH HUMBUG to it all! (Hence why there isn't a single decoration even *touching* his room...) My sims that you're using (Nimrod Wildfyre and Rey) use clothes from packs you don't have....try manually changing them.

I made Santa's Workshop and the little modern triangle, thank you for featuring them! It's really nice of you to showcase so many builds. My Santa is supposed to be a drug lord with a foot fetish btw, there's a wall decoration saying "no shoes inside" somewhere in the house, and the build is based on the "real" Santa's workshop (ty Google images). I was a bit disadvantaged since I'm not American/European and we don't have the same Christmas traditions, I did my best haha. All the builds look so nice, there's so much variety. The christmas tree ranch was so cute! I feel like I learned a lot haha. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! <3

What I do to avoid bills is get my sim to buy a retail property and then furnish it as a house with their ‘home’ being the cheapest empty lot I could find. Apparently the landgraabs don’t charge water and electricity if it’s a retail lot.

Thats a toilet youll see in korea or japan. Its very common there. Its better to squat when using the restroom, or using a stool to prop up the feet. Its weird since most cultures dont use them.
