When I was growing up my siblings and I would just put a thin blanket flat on the floor, then dump out all our legos and when we were done we would pick up all the sides of the blanket and dump the legos back in the bin they went it. Super easy and free because for sure everyone has a thin blanket at home. Similar idea, but way more affordable, and without sides so we could really spread our legos out to see them.
I've never done this myself, but as soon as Rachel explained the theory of the Swoop Bag, I was thinking that a blanket could do be used for the same purpose.
We need Lo to start a celiac food trying page!! It would be perfect too to have Rachel say her "gluten privilege" opinion too to compare!! xoxo celiac sister
I dunno if it’s celiac food friendly but the Blueberry Cobbler ONE protein bars are AMAZING!! I had to hunt for new protein bars when Zone bars went out of business and I tried soooo many and the only one that was delicious and healthy was the Blueberry Cobbler ONE bars. I don’t have celiac just lots of food allergies so hopefully it works for celiac. They are gluten free but I don’t know what else is required
As a casual CrossFit-er, i tried Whoop for a month and basically all it did was tell me I wasn’t getting enough rest and for something I had to pay for monthly that didn’t even tell me the time, it was absolutely not worth it. I got an Apple Watch and it’s way more useful.
And the Apple Watch is not that much more expensive! Especially given the fact that you don’t have a $300+ annual subscription requirement!! 😮 I love my Apple Watch!
Just put a bedsheet on the floor and play lego on that. Then just pick up the corners and pick up and put back in the bin. Much bigger playing surface too.

Not sure where you live but my son’s coeliac and here in England we have amazing gluten free options we’ve made so many swaps for our whole house and love them
Funny story. We went to see a new Dr for my son and he had the whoop on his ankle and his pant leg pulled up and I thought it was a police ankle monitor and internally freaked out. Thankfully my husband knew what a whoop was and calmed me down after the appointment 😂😂😂🤦🏻♀️
Him being a pediatric doctors makes it that much worse/more hilarious, too! 😂😂😂 As someone who has also never heard of that product, I would’ve thought the same thing! Unfortunately I don’t think anyone else in my life knows it exists either, so I 100% would have continued believing that doctor was a criminal and would’ve found a different doctor! 😅 Seriously though, that product needs a bit of a redesign because it looks WAY too similar to an actual police ankle monitor rather than a health tracker (obviously they don’t look identical, but its close enough that most people are going to assume that’s what it is if they haven’t heard of the brand). I’d be so paranoid about anyone seeing it and thinking I was a criminal under police surveillance!
Please do one on the comfrt hoodie and pant sets. I see ads for them everywhere, all positive reviews, not one bad... which send up red flags for me. Would love to buy if I knew they were legit and cozy. Thanks so much, love your videos.❤❤
I haven’t heard of a single one either. For me at least, I think it’s because I don’t have kids and am not a homemaker. Since almost all these products are one of those, I assume that’s why I don’t know of them.
I never realized how much Lo and Christopher look alike. I have only one question, do they make an adultpod? That thing looks very comfortable. Great product review 🙂
Hi there!!! In terms of spill proof water bottles, Simple Modern makes a tumbler cup for kids that DOES NOT spill. Has a silicone straw. Easy to clean. Comes in so many colors and prints. Super cute. Worth checking it out!!
Again something I came up with in the 80s I took a large round plastic table cloth with the backing(?) and put grommets around the edge. Threaded a lightweight rope around it and my sons dumped their legos in it! Lasted for years. lol maybe $15 in materials.
Rach, I can’t place my finger on it, but your hair looks really, really nice in this video! Your hair always looks nice but today it looks exceptionally beautiful.
Hi Rachel!! Love love love both your channels!! Would it be possible to maybe do a review on some popular Amazon suitcases? For adults and kids? Thank you!!! 💕 Oh! And maybe some good travel type hacks and helpful items to make younger kids' plane/car/train journeys more enjoyable for them and easier for the parents???! Thank you!!
Honestly here in Europe we have Schär glutenfree bread mix and glutenfree cake mix and they are SOOOOOO good!!! But they aren't low fodmap anymore... So IBS folks are still sad because the universal mix isn't as good ... Lentils in low % apparently make a big textural difference in the mix
Loved having Lo there for the celiac opinion ❤️ as a fellow celiac I appreciate it. Should have her on more often or if she wanted start her own channel
So, have you tried Katz food products? I think they're mostly desert items. But gluten, dairy, and nut free! And it looks like they ship in Canada too (scrolling to the bottom of the website allows selecting USD or CAD)
If you want to make your own, you could get a tarp at Harbor freight (they in Canada?) which already has grommets in it, and run Paracord, which they also carry, through the grommets. Much bigger and pretty cheap.
I have 2 of those cups. Ours are crappy quality. I have the big highland cow one and my son has the smaller train one. They take FOREVER to ship. Then my cup had a cracked lid. It took TWO months to get a replacement lid and then they sent the small leak proof lid instead of the plastic one. My sons cup had a super loose handle and since he's almost 2 that was difficult for him so my husband had to semi break the handle so he could tighten the lid. The design on mine also chipped in a spot after the first wash. I also am not 100% sure they genuinely are a small buisness. His is leak proof and they keep drinks cold but for the cost I wouldn't buy them again nor do I recommend them.
We have that pouch here in Australia. Different name but same concept. It called play pouch and some of them have roads and houses printed on the inside.
As far as the swoop bag goes, I bought a different version on Amazon last Christmas for my son and it zips up instead! He was 3 and was able to do it all by himself. That's where we store his little Legos and he knows they have to stay on the playmat when playing. It's worked great all year!
That cup you got for Julia is nice! And the pattern isn’t “childish”, so she can use that thing for years. The Swoop would be a nice gift for grandparents. They might not want big bins for toys, but that’s an easy put away and stash in a closet. You could even use it for pet toys. If you like putting out toys for your dog or cat, but don’t want them out all the time, Swoop them and stash them in the corner. I love that Ninja has a signature “chirp”. My Foodi makes the same sound. This version would be perfect for people living in an apartment where space is at a premium.
Have you already tried the foamy bubbly face pads that are EVERYWHERE? They are supposed to help with dark spots and I think they have turmeric in them. Those would be cool to try out if you haven’t tried them yet.
The yeti kids cup has a straw and comes in 3 sizes! :) also they offer engraving now! So my kids’ cups have their names engraved in them which is super helpful for school, as several of their classmates have yeti cups and some have the same colours as my kids’
Air fryers are such a small space and the convection heating is so efficient it is not necessary to preheat them as it will reach temperature almost immediately.
Didn't have many rules when my kids were little..... But, rule # 3. - No slime, no play dough, No LEGOs. Seems harsh,,,, maybe so. Saved my feet and saved me from going totally off the deep end. & No Jacks. This was in the 1980s & the early 90's. They kept those things over at their grandparents & their dad's house. Worked so good!!!
It's not really a fake sugar it's a sugar alcohol. It's called erythritol. It's not like a NutraSweet or an equal artificial sugar. But it probably doesn't taste the same as regular sugar.

It is so frustrating when products like Fling advertise Keto when nothing with 33 total gm of carb is keto and the dirty ingredients is atrocious.
I looked up ingredients of strawberry flings vs strawberry legendary. Flings is much more natural than legendary. Legendary is also shit.

The Ninja air fryer thing reminds me of the 90s rotisserie chicken cooker thingy. Not the rack kind that rotates.
I need lots of vids with Lo and gluten free foods. On another note, Flings are decent in the microwave but Katz has the best poptart comparison.
