Is a good explication for motivational factors in employment. We had this theory at Academic study modul and it was very helpfull for a long time vision on future carriere and setting of the work place physical and envriormental. Whan one have understood that , than it know better its own direction for future profitability and outcomes. Some people lack this knowlwdge and they strive to be where they are not wanted.
