I saw..u threw the 2nd bottle beside the road after pouring petrol...don't do it man...it's bad
Thanks for this info. I was under the impression that if i get 32-35 km's in city riding (res to res calculation) I am getting less average. From your video it is clear that in city heavy traffic it is not possible to get 40kms average as claimed by many riders. However on highway I even got 43-44km's when my Thunderbird 350 was new.
Very informative on the mileage. I shall check the same way in Bangalore traffic condition and update.
Harish Rao 👍👍👍
I think it actually gave 33.4 kmph in city. and 42.2 kmph on highway. to be very exact. along with a pillion rider. that is pretty decent. Good one.
Vinayak Hegde you are damn right
my new bird gave 33 KMS exactly in city
Good Job! but next time please throw bottle in dustbin or keep it with you instead of throwing it road side. (at 7:33)
nice video...nd you throwed bottle on road....being RE rider it dont suit you
eg
@kay kay bhai road pe latrine bhi karo tax dete ho na gov ko
I think full tank to full tank or reserve to reserve method is better. Just fill the tank to near full, ride few 100 kms and fill again. Check how many kms you have run and how much you have filled again. Well, this is very accurate for a given one litre but taking average over several litres is good too provided your riding conditions remain same between fillings. Thanks for your efforts, keep inspiring us.
Thanks alot mate. Keep encouraging and keep watching.
Yes sir, tank full to tank method is always reliable. The method used in this video is fault. I assume, city mileage is faulty.
That's great bro
My TB350 when driven below 2500 Rpm in heavy to moderate city traffic is giving me
38 km/pL in 4th gear at 35 to 50 kmph.
On highway while ridden below 3000 rpm its giving me 42 km/PL
When ridden between 60 to 75 Kmph
superb...very Informative video which no one was concernd to do...very helpful...hope your channel grows big.
From Newport Beach,California. U.S.A....👍🏽...👏🏼...😎.
Hi Guys , Mine is a TB350- Aug 2016. I am getting a mileage of 51 kmpl . On premium petrol I am getting about 53. I am a solo rider. I commutes 62 km daily in normal to less avrg traffic. I am from Kerala. My normal speed is 60 kmph. when I throttle at higher speeds than 60 kmph mileage reduces to 46 kmpl. In Kerala roads touching 80 kmph gives not much advantage in time. So I prefer to continue below 60 kmph. That's good for mileage and for the TB.
Vivek Krishnan u serious?
that's alot
jay deep Yes Jay, I think it's because my TB travels a long distance in a single go and that too not in city traffic. I don't take it for repeated short distance rides. Also the speed is important. Better to go at 55-60kmph avoiding unnecessary acceleration. I clean and lube the chain every 500 km. Now it's 8000km on the odo. The recent mileage I got is 49kmpl. Most of my friends get about 43-45kmpl on their REs . I check the mileage by reserve to reserve basis.
Vivek Krishnan awesome man...
I recently booked tb350
I love it's handling and I will remember to ride it in the mentioned speed.
jay deep All the best friend. Not only for mileage, from safety aspect also below 60kmph is good unless you are on a 4 lane highway. Because in our roads at any time anyone may jump into our front. All REs are little low on their braking performance. However TB with twin discs is a boon. Always remember to apply both brakes together and rely front brake more. There is a great chance of skidding if applying rear brake alone.
Vivek Krishnan ya I noticed that while test riding the bike. rear disk skids more. how much is the maintainance cost
Thank u bro it will surely help many people if they r about to buy re350
bhai kaafi mehnat kiye ho ......like to banta hai
Great job bro... you are helping us... everyone is blaming you for throwing bottle on road.. Don't worry, people are like this never find positive thing from anyone. You did a lot of good thing, like good information, but they couldn't see that
shamseer muhammed Thanks brother. Ya I did a mistake of throwing the bottle on the road I really regret it.
Innovative and realistic mileage review.. Keep it up...

Best Mileage review ever good job!
I put 7 ltr petrol in my TB 350 (3 year old bike) last week and got 43.5 km mileage in chandigarh local. I have checked the mileage in different quantity of petrol i.e. 3, 5, and this tym 7 ltr. Next time i will chk the mileage with 9 ltr petrol. I suggest to all dont cross the rpm above 2.5 or 65 kmph
Very clear thank you for this info 👍🏻
Nice method bro and represented neatly by TR 👍👍👍
Harish Thebiker Thanks bro.
very helpfull.....great vedio....
This was great thank u so much bhai
Awesome bro. A clean empty tank and then testing mileage. Wow. Appreciate your effort. Wonder if there are some suggestions or tips reduce the handle bar vibration in bullet. Thanks
Music and video is fantastic
Kiran Kande Thanks mate
Now I satisfied from this video....35-40👍👍👍
The reason there was a huge difference between city and highway bcs... they drained petrol in initially while testing in city but not in highway....
so there will be some part of petrol left over in tank bottom..
bro one request never ever dry ur tank it may cause some problems and nice video keep it up
You are right bro. I know it but i wanted to do it once for my supporters. Thanks a lot.
yep u have to ✌👍

GVK Avinash Glad that you liked it.

You are awesome bro..
hi bro very nice work thx for that..... and can u tell me where u got that tank bag
Very informative it is!!

nice video buddy.. though I wonder how did you bring it on highway from city without losing some petrol 🤓..
Hi...
Bro....
Bagunnara......
I just bought a Thunderbird 350 stone. For how many km should I do the run in ??? . And how to properly do the run in ???. That glove you have looks cool , where can I get one like that.
very Practical Review👌
thanks. this will be my next bike
Good work...bro
good explanation bro
Really impressed with your tank cover for how much did you got it and from where
Leather cover for fuel tank, very nice look, where to buy that??
Wow ... so nice video .. I have a doubt .. when we on the reserve and how much km we may go over putting reserve on ...
Should we consider ODO meter Milage. My bike is stock except Alloys wheels. As per ODO meter my bike gives 19-20 avg
Less petrol in tank will increase the fuel consumption.. Try it with reserve fuel you will get more milage
Thanku so much brother..
very good video bro👌
Duke Of Bikers Thank you DOB
It helps alot👍👍👍
great video bro

hey , I do have a thunderbird350 I like the tank cover on your bike please send me the link from where you bought it .
That's about a hundred miles a gallon, not bad for a 350.Thats twice the mileage that I got on my cb 400 twin
thanks a lot bro🤗
You need to fine tune your bike.... I got 30 kmpl at highway and that was my 1996 model and speed.... 120 kmph...
And now there is better engine.. It's should be 45 in city...
Nice
excellent...:)😊
thank you so much...
great bike
thank you dude
This is not the efficient or best way to test the mileage. Tank full to tank full is the best method and will give you the exact figure.
So how tank full to tank full works?
Full the tank to the brim, set your trip meter to 0, run your bike for atleast 50-100 kms of distance then again fill the petrol to the brim (exact same level as you filled last time). So the amount of petrol you filled this time, divide the number with with the kilometers you ran. For example:
Total kilometers done 100kms
total petrol you filled in the 2nd time =3 liters then your mileage is 100/3=33.xx
