The only step I was unfamiliar with and was waiting to see in detail was their method for orienting the match blanks into vertical sheets. We saw the beginning and the end but not the bit in between.
Probably, there are sieve-like plates, with micro- funnel tops.
When match sticks are poured into such sieves, they are forced to enter vertical slots,
Another moving plate hold them , until they are guided into phophorous (Baarood) solution.
Then, lifted, and moved into match boxes,,to be dryed up under fun.

I love these genuine people with real lives and story's. I met this famous designer i wont say there name but i asked what they do and they said they make cloths and travel all over the world and party! And i said sucks when u poke ur finder once in a while they gave me a confused look and said oh no my workers might! I responded so you dont make cloths but use to now u just live off of others labor! They gave me a pissed look and i walked away like a champ
