And i said sucks when u poke ur finder once in a while they gave me a confused look and said oh no my workers might! I responded so you dont make cloths but use to now u just live off of others labor! They gave me a pissed look and i walked away like a champ

The only step I was unfamiliar with and was waiting to see in detail was their method for orienting the match blanks into vertical sheets. We saw the beginning and the end but not the bit in between.
Probably, there are sieve-like plates, with micro- funnel tops. When match sticks are poured into such sieves, they are forced to enter vertical slots, Another moving plate hold them , until they are guided into phophorous (Baarood) solution. Then, lifted, and moved into match boxes,,to be dryed up under fun.
Amazing how many machines are involved in these processes as well as how much manual work is required! I will now appreciate much more when I am using a match! Thank you!
that's what i was thinking man... no wonder first world countries don't make shit like this or almost anything anymore lol even if we did we have so many laws and regulations in place and costs of living in a more developed society are much higher we could never compete with the market value of their products.
