Yes, i also experianced a change of my skin for a copple of weeks, it's a bit calmer at the moment and now i'm skipping a menstruation for the first time. And i'm turned 50 so.........

@@pennyjansen4539 I started having irregular periods in my early 40s and finally had my last one shortly after my 46th birthday.... so I was early in menopause but not terribly early. I tried HRT briefly and realized it was just going to delay the inevitable. The weight gain, hot flashes, and night sweats were no joke. The mental part was even worse. It finally started to taper off when I was in my early 50s. Around then I started a simple exercise routine--I walk every day. I'm up to at least four miles a day now. No matter where I go, I bring my walking and hiking gear and I just go for it...hot, cold, rain, wind, in cities, countryside, mountains, on beaches...wherever I happen to be. I now weigh less than I did before I had my three kids and I'm in better shape at 61 than I was at 46. My mind is also at peace,. Reminding yourself that it won't last forever helps :) and getting into a sustainable exercise routine is essential.

This has become one of my favorite videos because of the menopause. I started my menopause journey when I turned 55. I was full throttle with all of the symptoms. The night sweats were 24/7! My doctor, my OBGYN, everyone didn't know what to do for me. I asked my Mom how long her menopause lasted because I never saw my Mom break a sweat or have any symptoms. My Mom said it didn't last very long. I've suffered with menopause for exactly 9 years!! I turned 64 this March and my symptoms are finally subsiding. My Mom passed 3 years ago and I had to endure this journey by trial and error. I know my skin has changed, my body has changed drastically and I've lost 3/4 of my hair. I'm hoping I can at least grow some of my hair back. The dryness my skin has and still is enduring is literally life changing. I'm finding that speaking with other menopausal women have helped me immensely. I can't even count on my doctors for help with this. I'm saving Naomi's video because I enjoyed it so much and hopefully more women may come forward and talk about menopause. Love to all the beautiful ladies out there going through this phase of life🙏💕

You’re lucky to start it so late in life. Most women’s, myself included, perimenopause journeys started at 40. I’m 42 and experiencing many of the hormonal shift terrible symptoms. Most women are completely done with their periods by 50. Yours is called late-onset. My mother is 64 and she’s been though menopause a good 15 years.

This is excellent!! Women need to be kinder and more caring, with themselves, especially at this stage, of their lives🤗. Great information and the skin products look very nice and so did Naomi!👏

Love and respect to Naomi! ❤ She is gorgeous as never before! Graceful and so down to earth. Right we all go through this phase, some of us early, some of you probably late, but we really need to support each other. 💪We shouldn't feel alone and sad in these hard times. Thank you, Naomi! You made my day, or should I say night. 😊 Good night to all wonderful ladies going through these chalanging times, as I do. ❤

I don’t know why but it didn’t hit me hard I never had hot flashes and I never thought about it. I had it at about 49 and I just was too busy to even think about it. 10 years later & I’ve still never given it a thought. I think everyone reacts differently. Though admittedly, part of not giving it a thought has been basically neglecting my skin care. I think I’ll try some of Naomi’s products.

@@ns2110theonly I didn’t get the hot flashes, we’ll a couple but nothing bad. I got brain fog 😶‍🌫️ and couldn’t concentrate and that was horrible. I also felt very anxious suddenly and I don’t get anxious. It was very weird. Can her products be bought in the U.K. does anyone know?

Yes, my friends all do the 'stop it, you look fine' thing when I talk about how my skin is changing in my early 40s. It would really nice if, instead of that, they would discuss it openly. But if they're not experiencing it, they don't want to think about it, and they don't want me to think they're saying 'yes, your skin looks old!' 🤔

I’m 41 and notice mood changes and can see myself ageing daily😮I feel young in some ways but in others it saddens me that I feel like a different person.
I will age gracefully but can I ask your symptoms at 41 please?
