That was a very early Blue HK Custom Firebird there! It had clear glass instead of blue glass!

I can imagine a lot of big collections are getting more expensive! Great find on this collection

Back in the late 80's collections like these cost around $350. Now your looking at a minimum $50 a car. And if there are any really good cars then the sky is the limit. Also even during most of the 90's collecting Redlines was a "blue collar" hobby. When attending a Hot Wheels Convention the number of guys with thousands to spend was small. Now some guys have tens of thousands to spend. Also some big eBay sellers send reps to the convention and those guys buy out entire collections. A regular guy doesn't stand a chance against the big eBay sellers buying power. Even I use to get 100 Redlines at the collection during my 5 or 6 days there, the last convention I got 3 Redlines.

Hello Mr. ToyCarCollector, I would like to know if the 4 Indy cars are available as a bundle? Can the wheel be repaired or replaced? I would like to know. I am a collector myself and I never got them in my collection. If you clean them up and get ready to sell them, let me know. Also have you ever heard of Mebetoys Made by Hot Wheels? I have a 1/43 scale Porsche in excellent condition, do you have a value for that? Thank You. The PuzziCat Collection😸

You didn't open up the peeping bombs lights

Oh yes your right I better check on the lights. I have never actually had one with the painted headlights so it would be cool to find one in this collection. Thanks for the reminder!

Rare to get a Charger in a collection actually. Or decent Custom 68's. This is the way.

Love your videos. But - just in my humble opinion, I'd much prefer you not have the speaking intros & also not have the musical intro or outro. Please use that time to talk about the Hot Wheels or the actual vehicles they're based on or other historical info. Do research if need be. I'm really not too interested in seeing you or hearing about you. Nothing personal. Want to see cars. And, myself, I only like Redlines. And the occasional Matchbox. No new stuff & no trains & no muscle cars (yes, I know you've gotten more views from them, but there are plenty of better sites to see those.) And lastly, my favorite is when you do a nice long informative video on Redlines from your own collection. Such as you did with 68s, 69s, woodies, splitten images, nomads, AMX, etc. Let's see lots more mint cars from your collection please. Thanks.

I don’t mind your comment because I know everyone has a different take on how UA-cam videos should be made. If UA-cam was paying me and I had to please a large audience then some of the things you mentioned would be a concern. But sadly I do not make any real money from my videos ($75 a month for 500 videos). I have very little free time away from work and hobbies so my videos are made when I am inspired by something of interest to me. I shoot the videos in under 30 minutes and edit the footage in under one hour. So my videos are all about a break for me to enjopy and share what I am interested in. My favorite of course is the Collection Reveal videos followed by “Rip’em or List’em”. I actually feel that I would have more followers if I did more personal stuff, most people like to feel like they are getting to know you. I am a bit too shy for that so I don’t appear all that much. With that said just fast forward a bit. And if you don’t like the commercials get UA-cam premium, I have that and love it, no commercials. As far as showing my collection the problem with that is then tons of guys want to buy what they see and none of that is for sale. Thanks!
