Clear cuts and glass glass glass thats really the best way to find blacktail get a tripod makes it easier to spot bedded deer also try the peak meals way better than mountain house
Gotta love the hunt. I was in the woods this season for 9 days and saw 1 doe and 1 coyote. The thought that tomorrow is the day kept me going until the last day, then the thought of next year. Hot tag soup for me.

we have been eating the peak! definitely better. appreciate it!
stay out there next time it rains, the rain makes them nervous becasue they cant hear or smell as well and they'll walk around instead of bed down
