I wanted a shorter Brinkley. Not a cheaper Brinkley. Bring back beautiful fiberglass nose cap. The metal propane cover with additional outside storage. A window in the door and an actual televator TV.
I agree, I want smaller but all the nice features. Auto leveling, battery covers, a real TV, solid surface tops on all counters, don't need the big front window, if the drop frame goes back further where is the added exterior storage.
Allow twin beds to be ordered from the factory with 20% down or something. You can still have the under bed space and center shelves/sidestands. No big change. Or, have pull out drawers under the beds. The dresser of drawers and above hanging closet can move to the center of room between the beds. Leave the beds 2-3 inches from the wall to allow air gap and to put sheets and covers into. The space for TV can go into corner of room with swivel mount
Brinkley "does it again" Great video 📹. I'd want a few minor changes. I'd want the batteries in the battery box, the two chairs able to have the center lift out of the way (for couples), and auto leveling. Other than that, it's a "home run. "....❤
First, thanks for being (I believe) the first to show this floor plan. Second, this is totally wicked!. Third why won’t Canada have a convection microwave (just curious as one of your southern neighbors)?
have only seen a few TT's with that style and defintely would want that too. With this one, does need more hanging in the bedroom, could have had more on the corners
@marcm8209 they have a ton of hanger storage below the bed so that the bedroom can feel way bigger and open without making the bed area feel like a cave.
Very nice trailer! I'd personally prefer a booth dinette over the table, as we prefer to sit across and look at one another when we're eating, playing cards/games, working on our laptops, etc. Slide out trash bin base cabinet is great--wish more RV manufacturers would duplicate.
Dont think the projector should be the only option for tv. When camping you want to still have the windows open for nice breeze and view while still watching some tv. Those projectors only look good at night drop frame is nice put realistically need a hanging wardrobe. Imagine getting up to do some chores or something and haveing to wake your partner to lift the bed to get something or have to dig under the front of the bed, not 5o mention in makes that pass thru small.
Must say you two have done the best walk through so far; sadly not digging the Windows not being clear instead the windows are foggy OUCH! And no A/C ducts in the bathroom nor bedroom! When you live South of Canada interior hot spots matter. An A/C with one vent or drop vent doesn’t cut it! For all interior Square Footage to stay cool. And here in Florida we need A/C almost all year round. I want the windows to be crystal clear not semi-frosty. Yet must say love the idea of the exterior aluminum walls etc.. And the beautiful interior & exterior design . But the A/C and windows are a deal breaker!
Overall love it. It’s a good couples unit. I’d rather have a televator instead of projector. If the sun is shining directly at the window I don’t think the projection will be good. Definitely needs auto leveling !
This is an awesome unit! Love almost everything about it, I would add a window in the entry door and do a televator TV! Everything else is perfect! Love that it has exterior paint! I love the big window over the bed!
If there won't be a convection microwave in the Canadian models will Brinkley replace the cooktop with a full range? If not how are folks suppose to bake?
Nice. Do wish companies would stop putting windows/glass at the head of the bed ... hot in summer and condensation during colder temps just gets the pillows wet so isn't enjoyable. Windows are too frosted when the powered blind function is off - want to see outside more easily when camping.
Front window is no good, it’s very cold in fall, and very hot in summer, needs a radiant barrier, it’s a no go for me, my Jayco has that, and it’s terrible, have to stuff a blanket in between the shade and the window in fall, no way to cool in summer
@@layzeeacresrvsales4066 seems odd and uncharacteristic. Never do they video shoot any proto 1 until after they update all changes to the unit after the dealer show feedback. I'll check with them directly thank you!
@@michaelwalker8501 oh, that's great to hear, thank you! An XLS 21BHE is what I'm hoping to buy in the Spring. How is/was your XLS? Any major issues? Would you buy again if you don't have it anymore?
We actually had a 21BHE. It was a great camper. Loved having no slide and its light weight. We found that the bunks were great for one kid per bunk (we had hoped 2 of our 3 kids would share a bunk), and while the Murphy bed was a comfy place to sleep, it was awful as a couch. If you are a “spend time outside and use the RV as a place to sleep/cook/shower” kind of person, it’s great. It is absolutely not a great place to lounge and watch movies on a rainy day. I think that we would likely have kept it if we only had two kids, it making the dinette into a bed every night on top of converting the Murphy got old quick
@@michaelwalker8501 Getting mild goosebumps here, you listed all the reasons I love that floorplan. We prefer to be outdoors (and the location of the TV is terrible, I'd probably just remove it), have two kids, and I don't want another rig with a slide. Really appreciate the thorough response!!
This should be the perfect floor plan for you then. We tended to angle the TV toward the dinette and let the kids watch movies on rainy days while we just read books or used iPads. At night, we would occasionally lay in the bed with TV angled so we could watch a show. Another word of caution is that the top of the dinette seat will get a little worn from the top bunk kid climbing on it. I never fully solved that issue before trading up to a larger RV.
The paper towel is intended to be taken out when at your site and trash is in use. When traveling you should throw out your trash anyway then put the holder back in so it dosent fall. It would be nice if it was somewhere else tho
We love our fireplace so 1 in the bedroom on that bare wall would be great. I LOVE BRINKLEY but this is underwhelming to me as it looks stripped to me. Interested in anyone's thought.

Brilliant.

@@layzeeacresrvsales4066 I thought strange that they didnt put cabinet doors full across over the bed. Blank spaces make access harder.
@layzeeacresrvsales4066 still missed opportunity for storage though. Even 1 side would have worked for more storage/hanging than just under the bed

MANUAL leveling really? If they receive enough feedback I'm praying that will change. Other than that, love it!

Loving this unit! #1 on our list right now. Is it possible to make the slide a big longer to fit a 3 person couch?
Doubtful, but they are still working through optional equipment. Thanks for watching.
dang son, what a unit!
Looks Great! Been waiting for this unit. What are the specs?
Do all of the windows open? Specifically the front bedroom window, and the projector window?
I'd rather have a functioning window than a projector screen.
It does function.
That is awesome! I have been waiting for this floorplan ever since Brinkley made their first travel trailer! Just curious to know what the GVWR is
Like my grandma's bathsuits one piece lol love it
It’s one of my favourites.
My concern is the aluminum skin on the outside. Would it be susceptible to hail damage/dents like an Airstream?
Unsure, but I imagine because it isn’t rippled like your standard it should be fine. It’s also laminated on foam block.
That under bed storage could be used a dog house. 😂. Seriously cool trailer. MSRP??
Seriously cool, MSRP is not published yet. You in Canada?
@@layzeeacresrvsales4066 No I am not. Thankfully. Hahahaha

Curious why Canadian models won’t get the convection microwave….
They couldn’t in the model G because of Canadian standards so we assume it will be the same in the model I.
And are there phone charging outlets on nightstands?
When is Brinkley getting info on their web page?
No wardrobe space. The only thing missing in this one.
You watched to the end with the wardrobe underneath?

I agree, I have been waiting for the I series, NO PROJECTION TV, NO, NO WAY, NO HOW, DONT DO IT!
I agree, project TV's are low quality, why fix something that doesn't need fixing. An easy pop up TV so you can still have a window.
Projection TV looks weird, Need to do a video just on that. Sunlight must kill that thing.
Not sure Brinkley approved this footage to be put out there.... Josh would have put this out correctly and approved by ownership.
Brinkley sent us this for us to shoot the video and premier the unit at the Toronto show this coming week. We had all clearance from Brinkley.
