My Cattleya Alliance Orchids | July 2024

There are a lot of Better Gro Bag Babies in my collection. I think I bought the entire supply in my area during my buying frenzy. The best thing about Better Gro orchids is no shipping fee. But some were very under-watered and struggling. I seem to have pulled them back and they are growing for me. Now I wait for the blooms. As for the other Catts and Brassalovas I have spent a small fortune on shipping, probably half in total for most of them. It would be nice to have orchid growers in my area but I do not. So far it has been with it. These plants fascinate me in their structure and growth habits. The blooms will be a bonus if I get them.
Keep in mind I am a rookie grower/collector. I am still learning. I am happy I kept these plants alive and well through the winter indoors. I hope to continue after the summer is over, we'll see.
