No official release date yet, probably because they don't want to rush the game coming out broken. Based on the gameplay I could see this game coming out late 2024 early 2025

This whole thing reminds me of everything that went down with WoW and FF14. Everyone was saying FF14 is gonna be the WoW killer, but in the end, what killed WoW wasn't FF14, it was Blizzard. FF14 was just there as an alternative option that was good enough and similar enough to be a replacement. Right place right time type of situation.

Not really a "killer" it is called being a Rival to another game. Fans who like Overwatch will keep playing Overwatch or maybe both.
The only thing that will Kill Overwatch is Blizzard.

overwatch sucks atm with its bad match maker and the overwatch community is really toxic and the hero balance sucks tanks feel terrible now.
