I’m just saying, imagine if Carnage’s boss fight was the first ever predator boss in the Spider-Man games. Think something kind of similar to Mr. freeze from Batman. Arkham origins where the enemy is too powerful to take on directly so you have to wait for an opportunity to sneak up and attack. all the wild there could be members of the cult that you should prioritize taking down so that they don’t alert their boss to your position
Everytime I see someone "pitch a DLC" it's literally the cancelled multiplayer game and a third game with carnage. I knew this going into the video and I still ended up dumbfounded.
And I say this not as an insult, I'm a fan of this channel. But man, I already don't like how they did Cletus Cassidy and his dynamic with Wrath. Maybe i'm just being negative
That’s fair but that sounds like an issue you have with the game itself. There’s not many more directions you can go in building off from the game but fair enough. Tbh I’m not the biggest fan of wraith being involved with the carnage story but hey ho
I personally think the beetle dlc should use Lonnie Lincoln, the second beetle, insread of Abner Jenkins, since we had that whole mission of saving the reformed tombstone, her dad, from kravens men, maybe she could be trying to use the underground to rebuild her father criminal empire, be a great emotional story, in my opinion
I see your point but that’s exactly why I didn’t use her. I thought using Janice May overcomplicate the story ever so slightly for a DLC. If it was a main story, 100% would’ve been Janice
I hope insomniac will announce something about the DLCs for Spider-Man 2 at some point if you kind of stupid they go through the entire year without saying anything like they did in 2022 when they did not say anything about Spider-Man 2
My ideas for DLC A Beetle DLC would be cool. It could have Miles fighting him on his own Carnage is a must have and maybe it could show how Cindy gets her powers and Miles mentoring her This might not happen but maybe Gwen Stacy from the Spider Verse movies could show up and recruit Peter to join Miguel's Spider Society
My only answer is that does JJJ have a redemption arc in the dlc story you pitched Lewis like does he finally see the errors of his ways and let go of his unneeded hate towards spider-man go somewhere huh?
